These are great pans. Cookies bake well with no burning on the bottoms. Better than single layer bottom pans. These are the only ones I use for cookies and pastries. A must for newly weds’ kitchens!!

These are great insulated cookie sheets. After over 15 years of using, I finally ordered new ones. Old sheets still work great, just stained and scratched from hard use. Highly recommend.

Purchased these to replace my Air Bakes, they are okay, worth the cost but not the best cookie sheets you will use to make cookies. Super light weight and sturdy, don't cook as level as the air bakes we used to use.

I would not use anything but Airbake cookie sheets for my Christmas baking. Well, the other cookie sheets are retired to serving as drip pans in the oven... My Grandma showed me hers several years ago. I think she is using different cookie sheets now, but I will never go to anything else as long as I can still get these. I just bought this set to give my future Mother in Law one. She had never used them. I kept the smaller one for myself. I bake cookies that if they brown, they are burned. These sheets are also great for Spritz cookies, since you don't want them to brown either. Cookies just slide off with a gently push. I LOVE these and am so disappointed that you can't buy them here in Western KY anywhere I look anymore. Thank goodness for Amazon! These are amazing, if you burn cookies...it's user error or a demon possessed oven. These things are that good :) p.s. you can put them in the dishwasher but don't soak them. You would never need to though, things don't stick (except burned on butter from someone who buttered homemade biscuits on them and burned on the butter in the oven)...and it wasn't me! Despite the ugly circles on the pan from the butter it does NOT stick even now. I still bake on it and am trying to figure out how to get the circles off it. The pan still works like a charm!

I have been baking for the last 51 years and I have used airbake cookie sheets for a really long time. I can't remember when they first came out, but that's when I bought 3 large and 2 small. Mine are not the non stick variety that are available today, however, I have never had a problem cleaning them. Cookies don't burn and the sheets clean up so easily that you'd think they were coated with Teflon. I can't imagine using any other kind of cookie sheet.
