I like iBarBQ Durable Stainless Steel Turkey and Poultry Forks
Every kitchen needs a set of these for lifting roasts from the pan. These forks are very strong and with stainless steel should last a couple lifetimes.

Surprisingly useful. When I first bought it
Surprisingly useful. When I first bought it, I expected the metal prongs to be quite sturdy. It was actually thinner than I thought and each prong came with a plastic protector cover, which I appreciated when opening the package. Although it did the job pretty well, I just wished it would have had some grooves so the fingers would have a better grip when transferring the turkey. However, for the first time using this, it did pretty well.

They work! I used them on my 22 lbs. turkey and was able to move it from the hot oven pan to the platter with ease!

Get the Glue
Don’t waste your money. I purchased these lifters a few months ago to help take meat out of our pressure cooker. I finally used them for the first time this past week and one broke, the tines fell out of the handle. I am not sure how they are supposed to handle a turkey if they fall apart on a 3 pound roast. From what I can tell, the handle is filled with a plastic compound and the tines are then forced into it after heating the tines so the plastic melts and adheres to the metal. I was able to take some two part epoxy and glue the fork back together. I then thought I should look at the other one. I wiggled it a little bit and out it came. Time for some more epoxy.
