Ordered this bag as an “extra” take along that was packed in my suitcase for my month-long trip to Europe.When the bag arrived and I was surprised how small and light it was when folded. Even more surprised at how big this bag was once opened! Also, pleasantly surprised at how sturdy it was given some of the other reviews.Have been using this on my trip and am quite pleased with it so far as it has traveled with me to four separate hotels so far.Here is what I like: Folds into an easily packable extra bag. Very big and roomy — have been able to pack purchases I have made on my trip including 3 pairs of shoes, clothes, extra gift purchases, etc. that would not fit in my other suitcase. The bag easily slips over my suitcases telescopic handle. Long, adjustable shoulder strap is great — even the hand carry handles are adjustable — a Great bonus I had not expected! I ordered the black bag that has a hidden pocket for shoes and that has been wonderful. Noticed the other bags (different colored ones) didn’t have the shoulder strap or shoe compartment area — so I am reviewing the one that has these extras.What was not as likeable as the other features: The bag, because it is foldable and light, does not have ANY structure whatsoever. Other reviewers have noted this and the photo makes it appear as if there is some level of structure. Please note — there is not any. So, depending upon how the bag is packed, it can get a bit awkward to maneuver. That being said — for me and the purposes I need this bag, the lack of structure really isn’t a negative since I didn’t expect the bag to have much structure to it. This was the only “negative” and something I did think should be noted, especially since other reviews seemed to really think that the lack of structure in the bag was a negative.What I would *not* use this bag for; This, for me, was an extra bag to pack in my luggage to be able to purchase items while on travel and it has been perfect for that purpose. I would definitely not buy this bag to use as my primary means of luggage for travel. Although, it could be easy to use on a light weekend getaway that doesn’t require a lot of heavy things to be packed.Overall, great super light and easy to pack extra bag with great functionality at a really reasonable price with a lot of unexpected extras (handle and shoe pouch usefulness).Will be purchasing another for my boyfriend so he has an extra bag to pack on our next trip too.Adding this 2 years later. After 2 years, STILL using this bag! As originally wrote, purchased this as an extra bag for travel overseas. So far I have used this on each trip and it has been exactly what was needed. This past trip I actually bought too much and used this bag to *ship* dirty clothes back from Europe. I was scared because they did not pack this bag in a box, they just taped it up on the outside with labels and shipped it. To my surprise, the bag arrived in PERFECT condition — even after an overseas, fully stuffed, no protection shipment!!Given the hundreds of dollars I have paid for other luggage that fell apart, this was the bargain of the century. Just purchased another one. Hope it performs as well as this one has— Completely recommend!

This is small when folded up and very large when opened. Hooks on to suitcase, holds tons of clothes. I checked it coming home from Asia and it came through fine. There were no 'refolding' instructions but I found this online and finally figured out how to get it back into the pocket. Great bag to take traveling when you think you might buy stuff to bring back. I put my soft clothes in the duffel and the more fragile stuff I bought in my hard suitcase.

I bought four of these (one for me and each of my kids) for our flight on Spirit Airlines. My goal was to fit a week’s worth of clothes into it. It worked perfectly, fits under the seat!!! Also seems pretty durable and should last us several more trips. Highly recommend

This is an excellent multipurpose bad. The seams and zippers feel strong, and I've definitely subjected it to heavy use. Even six months later, I still haven't had a tear. My favorite aspect of this is that I can compress it and put it in a larger travel bag to hold souvenirs for the return trip.The bag material itself does feel a little thin, but again, I really appreciate this when I'm trying to compress the bag. I would avoid putting anything sharp in there because it WILL cut it. But normal items or workout materials fit perfectly. The strap is also comfortable.This is one of the best duffle bags I've ever purchased. If you need something with thicker material and don't care about "compressibility," you may want to go with a sturdier model, but otherwise, just buy it. You won't regret it.

I cannot say enough good things about this bag. I needed a bag that fit the personal measurements for Spirit and this did it. I wasn’t even questioned if the bag fit which is a first for me. The bag is light and fits so many things. I definitely recommend this bag.

I didn't want to check any bags for my trip to California so I purchased the foldable duffle bag in the size that met the requirements for American's stow under the seat personal item. I was surprised at how many items, including my 15" laptop, i was able to fit in it. I think a set of wheels would have been icing on the cale but for such a reasonable price I surely can't complain.

I don't understand the glowing reviews for this bag.If you look at the pictures in the listing, you can see that the side straps are attached far below the top corners, which are plumped up with stuffing in the photos. I was concerned about that and I wish I'd listened to myself. If you aren't carrying a pillow insert in the bag then the top corners will deflate because the straps don't pull them out. All the corners will deflate. There will be no corners. All your stuff will roll into a ball in the middle of the bag, the straps will pull the middle of each side outward/upward and you'll look like you're wearing a (highly uncomfortable) hobo bag. There is no pad on the rough nylon shoulder strap, but the shape of the bag is uncomfortable as well. There's no structure to the bag but it's wider than most bodies, so it collapses around your hip instead of hanging like duffels are supposed to. The adjustable hand/shoulder straps in the middle have no slack management hardware so they flap all over and are surprisingly irritating. I had no idea so many things could go so wrong with such a simple bag.I hate to be so critical of such an inexpensive bag but it's useless to me, and better strap placement wouldn't necessarily cost more.This is one of the only cheap packable rectangular bags with a long shoulder strap I've seen on Amazon or import sites and I think that's why--the way these bags are made, they don't work right. I really wish they had attached the strap at the top corners and added structure with strategically placed seams. I have a packable backpack that I love, and it folds up just as small but it has a lot of heavy seams that keep it from collapsing. The bag works better if you carry it with the shorter straps, but that's not what I bought it for.Gave it an extra star because the materials seem to be of decent quality.

It’s sturdy, good size,nice colour .love the separate bag designed for shoes, save me to use another plastic bag to separate the shoes (I can’t stand the idea of putting shoes and clothes together). Will recommend it.

Great bag, super fabric, lightweight. I have this in pink. It only has one compartment but that suits me fine (the front pocket is not much use), I don't like multiple pockets or compartments as I can never find what I'm looking for. Take a separate waterproof bag for wet/dirty items instead. Squashes nicely in to a gym locker, nice colour, lovely wide opening to put trainers in easily. Good strong handles. I searched for ages to find the perfect bag and this is it. Not too big nor too small.

I was flying on a carrier that only has a 20kg hold luggage limit, and I was 19.5kg on the way out. Knowing this, I popped this in my back for the way back. I was about 22kg on the way back, so filled this up with dirty washing until it was relatively packed full. It has a useful flap to allow you to pop this on the handle of another bag too.That worked well, especially popping the clothes in roll-up vacuum bags which kept everything together, and in case it was in a baggage dolly in the rain.The only downside of it is the shoulder strap - its a bit too thin if its got anything above about 5kg in it - so I might replace it with an aftermarket strap eventually. But, it is light and small enough to pack into itself which is useful.

PROS: A lot can fit inside it, and it seems really sturdy. It's the ideal size for 4 medium packing cubes, which is incredibly practical! It's also really compact when folded, and it doesn't take up that much space in your bag in case you don't know when you'll need an extra one. I've used it only once so far as a carry-on on my flight and it was just the right size.CONS: When folding it, at first you have to be a wizard, but you soon figure out how to do it without a problem. Also, the strap is not that comfy since it's not padded, but then again, this would only add bulk to the bag when folded.BOTTOM LINE: Great! I would treat it as an extra/backup bag, and as such it definitely serves its purpose and more. I recommend it. :)

This is perfect for travel. I just pop into my hold luggage and take it in he event I need it when I'm on holiday. It's perfect for when you need it for an overnight stay and you don't want to lag your suitcase with you or when you need it for the extra shopping from duty-free. It's also handy that it packs away in compact case for easy storage.
