What size for a 5' 3" tall person?

The smaller size. I am 5ft 9” I bought both but the larger is better for me. The smaller size would be right for you. Had mine for months. Fantastic and worth the money

Im 5 6 what size would i buy please ?

Dear Sarah, Probably the 850mm version. when you hold the handle as a stick, you will have 85cm of stick to reach to the ground. I hope this helps. Thanks Lindsey

What height are the seats when opened?

Not sure without travelling to my caravan 2hrs away to measure. However, there a few good videos on YouTube which will give a good indication. Mine is spot on 👍
