Q: Is the bag leakproof?

Hello, This wine tote bag is not leak-proof, it has a heat preservation function:)

Q: does it have enough room to put an ice pack in with 2 bottles of wine?

There won't be much room with two bottles of wine in it. But you could fill a few small Baggies with ice and place them around to the extent possible. The bag is insulated, but I advise chilling the wine first and then placing small bags of cubed or crushed ice in the space available.
