Q: Where is the size chart?

There is no chart it goes by small medium small medium tall etc.

Q: I am 5'8" tall, 10.5 shoe and have a 24" thigh and like them high on my thigh. What size would be best for me?

I recently had several communications about this exact same subject with the seller. They suggested I try one of the new "tall" sizes but after checking the chart I really couldn't make much sense out of it. The heights and weights don't seem to match a "tall" person with long legs. I'm several inches taller than you and have a twenty inch thigh. The large/extra large fits me just fine. The top of the stocking comes to about three inches or so below the crotch. I never have had any problems with short skirts. I really love these stockings. True, they're not like the original fully fashioned Cuban hell RHT from the 1950"s but rather a blend of modern materials and classic style. They look and feel absolutely fabulous! I hope this helps.
