it works well. I used it to back light a control box. easy to install and small enough. Good quality. A little pricey but it works for my project.

Using in residential building hallway lighting. Was easy to install , works as it should will be good for a few years. be sure to replace them if your bulbs are not lasting at least 2 years with 12 hours on 365 days a year.

It was a pain, but I managed to install this ballast, replacing a bad Panasonic magnetic ballast from 2007. This electronic ballast may not last as long as the Panasonic, but if I get 4-5 years out of it, fine. The Panasonic UltraSave B21812-F is no longer made and is unavailable anywhere, even EBay. You have to install it this way: Lamp 1, (just pick one) 2 blue go into red; Lamp 2, 2 red go into blue. The other four wires pair up (red and blue) and each pair goes into the yellow. I learned this on another Amazon product page for a similar product. This works with 13W CFQs. It's a slightly lower amperage (0.25 vs. 0.32) but works fine, so far. Video in the works. You might consider eliminating the ballast entirely and going to LED lamps, which are available in the 4-prong configuration. That will be next.

Exact replacement, application, and fit.

I'll try it, but I'm a little skeptical. This is going to require duct tape. I'm also not all that comfortable with the weird wiring pattern. Philips provides precious few instructions on the wiring other than "make sure you know what you're doing!"
