After beginning supplementation, I noticed much faster tendon recovery and less pain after weight lifting. In addition, elbow pain from sleeping on my arm or holding my phone up for too long has also vanished. Very pleased with the effects. Two weeks in, so will have to see if this holds up long-term.

ドラッグストアで売られているものより、 含有量も多いですし、安いです。 ドラッグストアだと同じ位かこれ以下の含有量で4000～5000円程度。 飲み続けて１か月ですが、何となくですが、関節痛に効いてそうです。 1日3錠、継続して飲み続けたいと思います。

母に頼まれて購入。ちょっと立ち上がるのも億劫そうにしてましたがこれを飲み始めてからすいすいと立ち上がって膝の関節の痛みもかなり軽減したそうです。 安価ですし続けて購入して行こうと思います。
