Why is this honey not in a liquid form? Is it genuine?

It is crystallised honey and it will revert to runny honey if you stand the tub in warm water or heat it.

Has anyone used this to make mead? Is it any good for that?

I'm sorry I have never made mead but it is super honey this is the second tub I have bought. It's beautiful.

Is this honey really organic

It's 100%pure honey product of Ukraine with nothing added. I have had many different honeys and this has been the best. I now have purchased many of these throughout the last year or 2 and it's always been the same fabulous wildflower honey. I now purchase the 1.5 kg tub. Hope this helps.
