This powder do work as other people are saying. I brought empty capsules for this HCL powder on the advise of other comments. I use 2 capsules if I have eaten heavy or oily food like paranthas, kachori or non-veg and for normal food I take one capsule, you can take more capsules if you have severe stomach acid deficiency. I have given this capsules to my sisters who was suffering with acid reflux problem for several years and doctors couldn't cure her problem and have given her syrups which as other saying doesn't work as the syrups want to neutralize acid which doesn't help and this HCL powder has proven her as well that she is suffering from low acid instead of high acid. She was skeptic in the beginning but now she takes the capsules of this powder regularly. The root cause of problem is infection of H.Pylori bacteria in our stomach which wants to live in low acid environment and create situation in the stomach so that low acid is maintained thus causing low stomach acid that causes of food could not be digested and half digested food comes up as reflux. It could be treated by providing additional acid in form of this powder and then all problem will vanish as it happened to me but in India. The infection may reappear as this bacteria activate through non-hygienic conditions and spread through contacts and water, even if we will live all clean, it may infect again because other people who come in our contact or the food that we eat outside or water we drink is not clean as compared to western country. I did my own research, I'm not doctor, I'm an engineer who have lived for a long time in Germany and therefore, I have experience with this problem and found lots of information during my treatment, I got infected on while visiting my parents. Sadly, in India, majority of doctors are not aware of the problem as in western countries as the scientific papers published only in around 1997, given that most doctors don't study latest research papers and books so they are not aware of it and what this bacteria can do so they don't prescribe the medicine for this infections and then, in India, there is another problem of fake medicine which doesn't work most of the time.

It works well for digestion.. It would be grt if they pack it in capsules as one cannot drink acid and expose teeth for longer duration

awesome product....i have been suffering from stomach issues for the past three years... I visited a lot of doctors and did many tests but they couldn't diagnose the cause, they simply prescribe PPI and NSAID's. While searching on google I get to know that low stomach acid also causes the same issues.. so I tried this product its really funny my issues disappeared within half an hour... then only I get to know I have been taking medicine to reduce acid for low stomach acid issue.. know I found the solution for my stomach and I'm trying to improve my condition through diet, vitamins and probiotics...note: half spoon of hcl with water before food is enough....

It turned light blue after few days,, i had from previous pack also it did not turn light blue even after so many months, but this recent but changed colour and upset the stomach too, i had to throw it away
