This nutrition powder is loaded with vitamins. It's low in calories. The vanilla flavor tastes okay. The only downside is the cost. It's very expensive. A serving size is 1 scoop, and there are only 14 scoops in the container.

This is a highly complete supplement and the manufacturer has gone to sufficient lengths to keep the dosage of all of the ingredients in a range that is suitable for children. That means that I don't have to give my little one an adult specific product that I then titrate myself by reducing the dosage size. It is nice to find products like this that are specifically designed for children.

My kids like this nutrition powder! It has a vanilla flavor, and it mixes well with milk and other liquids. It has a nice smell to it as well. If you’re looking for a way to add vitamins, proteins and other important nutrients into your child’s daily intake, this is a product worth considering.

I ordered this shake and the Mindful Nutrition Kids Protein Powder Shake Mix to see which one my son would like better. I also tried both of them. We mixed both with water and used a shaker ball and mason jar to mix. This shake tasted thicker and more "gritty" or like the powder doesn't mix as well compared to the Mindful Nutrition Kids Protein Powder. So if your child is particular with textures or thickness of drinks, I'd recommend the Mindful Nutrition Kids Protein Powder Shake Mix over this mix.

I think the taste and texture are pretty good considering the nutrient profile. It blends well with milk but some may find it a tad bit gritty, especially when compared to milk-based protein health drinks. My six year old son drinks it and likes it so it gets a thumbs up from me.

Very pleased with this for the most part. Has so much good stuff in it and it mixed very easily into smoothies or a little less easily stirred into milk or water. I actually tried a scoop of this in some homemade ice cream and it really was great. I wouldn't do it again, but I wanted to try it. The taste is a good vanilla, just strong enough for a great flavor. My only critique is the price, as this is only 14 servings. But it may be just the right fit depending on your (or really your kids) needs.

This kids nutrition booster drink is a very impressive formula. It's a great way to boost vitamins, minerals and calories to help give kids the boost they need the most. It mixes fairly well and has a nice flavor that kids are happy to drink. Makes a good addition to shakes and smoothies as well. It is pretty expensive but the quality is top notch.
