I bought this for my boyfriend and he uses it all the time. It came in handy when he didnโt have a TV.

Donโt waste your money
So I purchased with this company a month ago. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter. When I received it I opened it to make sure everything came as in the description, make sure it properly worked, and set it up so she wouldnโt have to herself. Well I couldnโt turn it on because it was completely dead. I charged it for 3 hours and it never fully charged. Fast forward to Christmas. It was never powered back on until Christmas and when she powered it on it was at 50%. I also purchased 2 Apple Pens and neither will pair to the iPad but works on mine and my MacBook, so I know itโs not the pens. Now it glitches, donโt hold a charge, and powers off at 12%. I also purchased a 2 year warranty but by it being a recent purchase, I was told to contact seller. Iโve called and messaged seller and no response. We are very disappointed! I will never purchase a refurbished product again.

It was a great iPad just couldnโt download YouTube because he was an older model. Return was awesome, they call you if they need any info. Great costumer service.

I actually took a risk in buying a refurbished iPad but I wanted one and I couldnโt afford a new one and so far I have no complaints. It works perfect no noticeable damage. Nothing it was just like a brand new iPad and Iโm enjoying it value for the money and the speed of it is very fast so I would recommend if you wanted to get a iPad at a reasonable price refurbish. They did a good job I like it thank you.

Outstanding Pre-Owned IPad Air 2
Was a little weary ordering an iPad that had been previously used but the item I received was in absolute fantastic condition. Could not fault the transaction and the sellerโs communication and replyโs were the very best Iโve experienced. Needles to say Iโve since purchased another for my daughter. Highly Recommend

Great and exceeded all expectations
It came earlier than expecerd! And also had little scuffing on the side but overall exceeded my expectations of what a refurbished device could do. However the charging cable that was supplied did not work with the iPad coming up with a 'this accessory is not supported' which was a bummer because I spent a little extra buying this iPad as it had a charger. Overall superb device

Broken
A week after the warranty expired, the iPad stopped working. Doesn't charge. Once in a while when it's plugged, it powers on and the battery goes from 0% to 15% in 2 seconds then shuts off again, and stays off. I bought 2 of them and I regret it
