FELIWAY Cystease Advanced Urinary Tract Support for Cats (Pot Size: 30 Tablets)

Excellent for my kittoh urinary issues - I have used it successfully to prevent cystitis flare ups and reverse partial blockages - when there is an active blockage I use Cystease alongside my Now brand pure D mannose powder and the Nature’s Answer brand corn silk drops as they are alcohol free. Using Cystease regularly has resulted in no further bladder stones or crystal issues. We never want to have a urinary tract blockage in this family ever again and I feel confident we won’t face any trouble as long as I keep my Cystease in stock. I was disappointed I can’t find it many places as I’m assuming it’s been discontinued in the United States. I’m very thankful sellers in other countries are keeping it listed on Amazon. I have never seen any side effects and as the capsule is easy to open and it mixes well into a Churu or similar treat, it’s easy to give to my food motivated bebes. When they’re not food motivated I just mix it into a tiny bit of a wet treat and wipe it on their front paws so they’ll wash it off. I love Cystease and I hope it’s always available.

My female cat has suffered from Feline Idiopathic Cystitis for 3 years. The urinalysis prescription food has prevent blockages and stones but unfortunately does not help reduce flare ups or general anxiety. We are on month four of using this and have noticed a significant improvement. She has not had a flare up. Normally anytime someone comes over to visit she will have a flare up and pee on all the rugs in the house but this has not happened while taking this. She also seems calmer in general. After reading reviews we decided to open the capsule and add the powder directly to her wet food once a day. I add a little bit of warm water to dissolve it and mix it in to where she can’t see it. My cat is picky so I went slow with this. She loves Churru’s so I added this to the food for the first week of adding cystease and then slowly tapered her off Churru. Now I just add it to the wet food with some warm water to dissolve and she doesn’t notice it at all.

My 3 year old cat Miko was diagnosed with FIC this past year. He had his first blockage in December 2025. Once he came home I immediately took to the internet to find more information and I was so glad to have found a FB group that led me to finding this product, among other things. Miko is doing great and has been on this now for almost 7 months. Our whole lives have been changed with this illness but I attribute much of his success to this supplement. His diagnosis is stress induced and this product is the only thing that actually helps heal his bladder lining, which is affected by the stress. Vet gave med as well but that did nothing for actual healing from the damage, only help reduce stress/anxiety and pain.

My cat developed FIC a few months ago and has had a few scary flares since. I did some research on the best products alongside prescription food etc & came across an overwhelming amount of recommendations for Cytease. I give one capsule daily in my cat’s wet food with probiotics & dilute with water and I truly think there’s been a huge difference. So far he has not had a flare since being on this and I’m keeping my fingers crossed it stays that way. Anyone that deals with an FIC kitty knows how scary it can get during flares - I would HIGHLY recommend this product. I wish there were an option to buy it in bulk. It’s easy to pop open to dispense on food, and seems to have no side effects + is generally very safe for your cats to take. I asked my vet first before giving this however when doing so I was told by my vet it’s a great product!

This definitely helped my male cat with idiopathic cystitis and crystals make normal-sized pees within a day. However, it seemed to give him very soft stools at the recommended maintenance dose of even just 1 capsule per day. I am now giving him 1/4 capsule twice a day mixed in a Churu treat, which seems to be effective without the GI upset. He is already on Hills C/D prescription food and gabapentin already, but had a few stress-induced flares recently.

I don’t want to jinx it but even within 1 day I have seen a total shift in my cat. My vet gave me gabapentin and clomipramine. He always seemed zonked off the clomipramine and the gaba would make him have muscle spasms the day after I gave it to him. So far this just puts him back into his normal calm self. It’s only been a few days but hoping to see an improvement in his urinary behavior as well.

I have a cat named Christopher, aka Pisstopher, who has had urinary issues since I took him in as a stray a year ago. I’ve spent over $4,000 on him for emergency vet visits, to get PU surgery, and even to get his new urethra widened after PU surgery to the size of a catheter. He’s been on the prescription diet but still struggles and I can’t figure out why. We started doing wet food only to help but that’s not economical or possible if I have to be gone overnight at any point. Plus, he was still growling and licking after eating. I got a supplement to mix into his wet food in hopes it would make eating dry food better for him (he prefers dry food anyways), and within a week he was clogged and in extreme discomfort. I had just gotten these supplements in the mail that day so I immediately opened and mixed one at a time in a little water and syringe fed two to him. For about 30-45 minutes after getting the pills he kept pushing really hard but I almost immediately noticed he was able to get small amounts out which was better than before. After about half an hour he laid down and slept for a few hours, so the calming effect works! I woke up extra early to rush him to his vet and right as I got to the bottom of the stairs I almost stepped in a puddle of urine. I’m not sure if the crystal was passed because usually I see a little blood when that happens but still, it allowed him to urinate and lower his risk for a bladder rupture. He is acting happy and bright again :)) I really hope this helps get rid of these issues forever, I hate to see him always going through this.

This is really helpful- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY INSTRUCTIONS and box before giving it to your cat. (We should do that anyway!!) Works good!

Mon chat de 14 ans a toujours eu des faiblesses au niveau de son système urinaire. Depuis un récent cambriolage pendant lequel il était présent, il est devenu plus stressé et se crée des cystites à répétition. J'ai tenté ce produit pour remplacer les médicaments vétérinaires très chers et je voulais quelque chose de plus doux pour son système digestif. Résultat, il ne se lèche plus à outrance le bas ventre (c'était si frénétique qu'il s'en arrachait les poils), ne souffre plus d'infection urinaire et en plus il est plus détendu. Je conseille !

buon prodotto , ho un gatto che ha avuto esiti dopo un incidente e purtroppo perde urine. spero che col tempo si risolva il problema e che queste pillole lo aiutino. Consegna nei limiti previsti e imballaggio perfetto

These saved my cats urinary problem before it became a major issue. They say not a long term product, however I had my cat on them for 6 months straight no issues. Helped him pee easily, and more. Will have to re purchase a bottle, he's been out for a few months now.

My 8 year old cat got her first water infection and I thought I would try these before having to remortgage the house at the vets. She kept having accidents which was unlike her and she wasn't as active. In four days shes completely back to normal, climing the curtains and jump scaring me every time I walk around a corner. No more accidents and seems in great health. The medication advises they stay on it 2 weeks. Its a fine powder which dissolves easily into wet food and she doesn't seem to mind the taste at all. It's excellent value for money, considering what it could have cost at the vets.

Das Produkt ist sehr leicht anwendbar, die Kapseln lassen sich gut öffnen und das Pulver kann man unauffällig unter das Nassfutter mischen, es ist absolut geruchslos und wird deshalb vollständig gefressen. Ich bin von der Wirksamkeit des Produkts überzeugt, es können aber auch am Zusammenspiel mit folgenden geänderten Bedingungen liegen: Umstellung auf Schalen-Toiletten ohne Rand mit niedrigem Einstieg, 2 Toiletten mehr in der Wohnung an geschützten Plätzen verteilt, mit Krankenunterlagen darunter, wenn mal was danebengeht. Das alles konnte ich unauffällig in meiner 52qm Wohnung einrichten und seit 6 Wochen passieren keine Malheure mehr ( bzw. nur minimale, weil bei flachen Schalentoiletten ohne Rand mal ne Kleinigkeit über das Klo hinaus auf die "Moltex" geht)
