This brand of folic acid is technically branded for prenatal use, but still the same strength as my other folic acid, so decided to give it a try. This capsule is very easy to swallow. I was about ready to give up on folic acid before trying this brand.

Great name, brand, healthy. This is very helpful for us seniors for memory and brain health. My wife and I have been taking this after my wife learned about it and we have noticed a good difference. It works best for those who stay active as well.
