This egg protein is great! First off, it is sweetened with Stevia, a natural herb, and not some artificial sweetener like aspartame or sucralose. Next, it is very easy on the stomach, even whey without lactose is a lot harder on my digestion system it seems. It tastes good, mixes well, and is a good value. I bought all 3 flavors and found I prefer the vanilla. Goes really well with some almond milk and blueberries. I'm glad I've found a pure protein source that is dairy and soy free.

First of all, the price is pretty reasonable and not really high, which is great if you are trying to save money. Second of all, the taste 'Heavenly Chocolate' flavor is unbelievably heavenly-like great like mocha cappuccino taste when you blend and mix the right ingredients with it; 1 cup of regular milk or non-dairy milk, with about 5-6 ice cubes blended all together is how I make mine. Third of all, the protein and amino acids in the nutrition facts all fit the bill for muscle building needs. Overall, everything about Healthy n Fit's egg protein is excellent. I like this product, and i agree with any post, who says it mixes well, i bought a sample case just to test the waters, and i dont feel bloated or anything after i drink it, i think i feel my body is responding to it very well, i am going to finish up the muscle milk protein because i bought it and i pay over 30 for it, lol, but when i finish up the other proteins i purchase, i am going to stick with egg white protein, since i dont like eating them, everyone taste buds is different, some may like it, some may dont, then depending on your body chemistry some responds well to egg whites, some dont, but as for me personally i like it so far, might try out the strawberry passion protein, but the vanilla kind taste very good, i would suggest this protein should be used for edurance athletes, or people who are into calistenics such as push ups and pull ups,

Egg protein is supposed to be the most bio-available proteins there is so if you drink protein shakes for the protein (logically that would be the case), then you should at least try this one to see if it does what you want it to do. I found that mixing some Nestle Quick with it will override the not so good flavor.

This has an awful aftertaste. I've done every kind of fruit out there and all you get is this nasty flavor. I have used this in the past and it was amazing. The best on the market. Not anymore. I recommend any other brand but this!!

I've tried a number of protein powders over the years. Most problems I encountered ranged from poor taste, to not mixing well, to leaving me bloated. The Healthy n Fit egg protein is only 100 calories and you get 24 grams of protein with no cholesterol, no fat, no carbs, minimal sodium (in the big scheme of things) and even some potassium. Add to that the fact that it mixes really well and tastes good either on it's own or mixed with fruit. I don't feel bloated with this at all like I did with other products like Muscle Milk light. I usually throw a banana and some blueberries into a blender with one serving of the protein for breakfast and then I use it straight right after a good workout. Again, it tastes great on it's own or mixed with fruit. I strongly recommend this product.

I am a huge fan of this vanilla ice cream-flavored protein powder. I’ve never tried another flavor as this one blends so well in smoothies. I can’t imagine the chocolate flavor doing that. More recently, I have started making a morning concoction of beet powder and complete vegetable powder. (My “lucky drink” as my just-turned-2yr old grandson calls it, mishearing me say “yucky drink”.) Well, I’m not sure why it took me so long, but I started adding a scoop of my Helthy N Fit Vanilla Ice Cream protein powder to “my concoction” and ...yes.. I don’t have to chug it as fast or follow it up with as much water. In a word, this protein powder tastes good and even helps my “lucky drink” taste better. Bottoms up!

Taste great. I've used whey protein a lot and this is nice for some variety. No artificial sweetners in this, very few carbs or fat - I'm not looking at the container right now, but I'm pretty sure it's a gram or less of each per serving. I use vanilla as a base for lots of different flavors and add-ins. Mixing a little egg white and a little whey together works well, also. This product, I think, is very comparible to Jay Robb's egg white protein shake, but cheaper.
