Really cute!
Fits perfectly! Really cute and good quality. You don't need the puffy underskirt thing, but it looks more 50s style if you do. Totally worth the money!

LOVE IT TO DEATH! Here are some quick and easy tips for you!
Ok ladies,Here are some pointers for this dress:1) the dress is indeed a very thin silk material but I can wear my black lacey bra and it will not show. This material is pretty resilient so don't worry about tearing. However, I am going to hand wash this lovely dress because of how fragile the material feels.2) This dress is remarkably COMFORTABLE!! Even though is felt kinda tight (I am 5ft 4in, 42 DD, round tummy, 225 pounds, and the tightest it was landed in the breast area and highest on my waist. I ordered a 2x and the 3x will definitely be too big. I'm just busty cursed which is why this dress felt tight.) This dress was definitely not uncomfortably tight. When I first put it on, I was SUPER afraid it would tear because it feels so thin and dainty but they used some nice silk making this dress because after you sit down, you definitely realize that this is NOT a problem at all in this dress.3) How to put it on: this is going to sound silly but lace the back as loose as possible, then don't unzip it. Put it on over your head braless. Once it's around your waist, put your bra on, and then pull the dress up over your breasts. Then, to take it off, simply unzip. It's quick, easy, and effortless. I can put this dress on in less then a minute even with it feeling tight. So that's all I have ladies. I love the ribbon, the color, the feel and the sash, plus I'm trying to shed like 20 pounds anyways. But I love this dress.

Cute... but runs a little small... and bad quality control from the product handlers.
I needed to find something to wear for a "1950s cocktail" themed party and instantly fell in love with this dress. I'm usually an XS or S, depending on the brand of clothing, with a 25" waist. Although the size chart said that the XS would fit (26" waist), I went with the S (26.8" waist) to make sure I had some breathing/eating/drinking space! It definitely fit, but it was a tad tighter than I'd prefer. I kept hold of it and ordered the M in case that was better... alas. As far as the fit goes, the waist was perfect but everything above the waist was enormous and stretched out. But it wasn't only the fit that was disappointing...1. The dress didn't arrive nicely folded in its bag – it was scrunched up in a ball.2. The zipper was totally undone.3. The belt was missing.4. The elastic/ruching at the back was beyond stretched out.5. It smelled of horrible perfume.6. It was stained on the back as if someone had sat on a chair that had food on it.Clearly, someone had returned this dress and no one had done a quality control check on it. Gross. I immediately returned it. I wore the size S on the night and it was fine... although I didn't eat/drink much! Lots of compliments. The black 50s petticoat skirt from the same company took the dress to a whole other level, so don't skip that part.

LOVE THIS
I ordered the Kelly green in a 3x, because I wanted to make sure it would fit (can always make things smaller; can't always make things bigger).Soft, slightly stretchy, light material; lays and flows nicely, BEAUTIFULLY stitched and designed. The FIT is amazing! I'm size 18, 38-40DD with broad shoulders, and have always had issues with clothing, especially dresses (as in, if it fits thru bust/back/shoulders, the bottom is like a tent). The lacing on the back allows for snugging up the waist under the breast, helping to accentuate/accommodate curves and give an hourglass effect. I'm gonna make the call at "true-to-size", especially due to the elastic panel and lacing on the back of the bodice. It's short-waisted, but then, so am I, so that's OK with me...almost gives an empire waist effect, which works with the full skirt. The belt is a nice satin piece that's removable, so you can wear it with/without or choose something else.Personally, I am planning to use the belt to widen the straps at shoulders, and to bring the halter down to the back like regular/bra-type straps. Being so large chested with spine issues, I can't tolerate anything hanging on my neck (like he weight of large breasts lol); I also absolutely hate strapless undergarments, so I improvise!I will definitely be able to wear a demi bra and open bust body shaper underneath for amazing effect once the straps are adjusted. As I'm only 5'2", it falls past my knee, upper to mid-calf, which I'm perfectly fine with. I ordered a crinoline/petticoat to try under it to see if that will enhance an hourglass shape or not ;)I can't rave enough about this dress, tho. It fits like a dreams, feels wonderful on, looks like a much thicker/heavier material (deceptively light, which is a great thing for those of us who are always warm ;) ), the color is gorgeous, and the piece is beautifully made. Doesn't look "costume-y" at all, either. It simply looks like a lovely little cocktail dress. I plan on wearing it at a formal event with a black lace bolero.Love it, ladies!! It'd be perfect for any retro/50's/rockabilly/swing type costume...or even for a special evening out.
