Man I've had so many times that I've had to bend over to pick my heat gun up off the ground because that's the only place I could set it with no risk of burning or melting anything it comes in contact with. But this better assists me by 🧲 to any metal on the car. It's a very strong magnetic hold and great for the DIY that might not have a helping hand all the time when needed. Would recommend

Magnet works more better on the side of the tool box. But if you used included 2 metal bar it slides off from the magnet when you put the heat gun on it.

I used it, loved it, especially for anything off the ground. Then I got lazy and didn't use it and burnt myself

The buffer wrap material needs to be wrapped thicker around all 4 corners .i had to stretch and grab it one day to remove it and replace it where i needed it while holding the vynil and the magnet was so strong it ripped 2 corners of the magnet into a perfect wrap and ruined it .otherwise it would be a 5 star tool no dought i still love it just have to glue some extra felt around the corners to make the removal less rigid .maybe it would help to re design the square edged rectangular magnet into a more quarter round edged and quarter round corners.make the magnet corners more round the corners are too pointy.i would recommend this tool only with caution on removing it from new wrapped surfaces. The magnet is very very strong .

Very disappointed, magnet is very weak. It won't even hold my heat gun. It starts sliding once you put heat gun weight on it.
