Worked Well and Improved My Lawn
I used this fungus control on areas of my lawn that were starting to show signs of disease, and I noticed improvement within a couple of weeks. It was easy to apply, and the grass gradually recovered with fewer discolored patches. Following the directions is important, but overall this product worked as advertised and helped bring my lawn back to a healthier appearance.

Easy to use, unexpected bonus WIN!
Forgot to put down granular fungicide in time, this was a quick & easy application for weather conditions in my lawn that has fungus issues every year( its in the soil) BONUS I sprayed my lilac with curling leaves on a hunch and my lilac bush has really rebounded! Lots of new growth, leaves have all uncurled & it's looking better than it ever has after struggling to establish 5 years now! Definitely will repurchase.

Did not seem to work
I don't know ... this spray was supposed to cure fungus infestation on my lawn (50% of the lawn was brown). I bought two bottles to make sure I sprayed the grass heavily. It is possible that the summer heat this summer browned up my lawn and not fungus, but using this product did nothing to green up the lawn or stop it from browning more. After spraying, the lawn got even more brown over the next two weeks. So, I can't say if the product failed, or not.

Works Good on my Lawn
Works good and easy to apply. For dollar spot disease you will need multiple spraying treatments.

Solved my fungus problem
Over the years I have used professional lawn services to treat my lawn and each year I have had fungus issues. I have applied this product and my lawn is clean of fungus. Enough said!

It does work, but takes multiple applications and double the product each time...
Like other users have stated, it absolutely works but unless you are smart enough to put it down very early for preventative, it takes multiple applications. Also, be aware, if you use the liquid product (which I personally believe works better than the granules) you have to turn your water pressure on the hose on LOW. Otherwise, the full hose pressure will use up the product so fast, it will never even cover 1,000 sq feet. The best advice I can give is apply generously- as in, at least 2-3 times the amount of product suggested- don’t be scared of over applying - unlike a fertilizer- you can’t really overdo- Unless the outdoor temperatures have already reached 85 then it’s too late in the season for the liquid product. Like others report, the past several years my lawn has developed a summertime fungus. Every June I noticed small patches of white fluff, almost like cobwebs, in the morning on the dew covered lawn. These spots quickly spread rapidly around the yard creating small circular dead spots that would often merge together. Then eventually huge yellow and brown splotches! It isn't just my lawn, everyone in the neighborhood has the same issue here in the north east. The past couple of years I started putting down the granules in May. I'm not sure if I'm not using enough or if they just aren't working because even though I put the granules PRIOR to the first signs of disease, inevitably, I still get the disease. This BioAdvanced spray works wonders and stops the growth and spread of this fungus! I've used this for the past few years AFTER the fungus started - though the rating of 1 bottle per 5,000 sq feet isn't even close to what you need. I use 2 bottles per 5,000 sq ft, which is 4 bottles for my entire back yard. Even then, I need to apply it twice, 14 days apart for it to clear up the fungus. Also, I agree that it works more effectively than the Scotts DiseaseEx. However, as other's state, you will blow through this bottle very quickly and there is no way this will cover the 5,000 square feet as advertised. It is important to turn the water pressure on the hose down LOW, just to get the bottle to reach 2,500 sq feet. You definitely want to be prepared to hustle and have your hose spread out in advance to maximize your application. I don't mind spending the money if the product works and it definitely does -- again with multiple applications (using both granules and liquid.) The video is an image of the fungus before treating multiple times, the photo is after.
