Top notch!
Seals as intended. Brush isn’t very precision oriented, but works fine.

This sure stopped several leaks in pipe connections.
I installed a tankless water heater. It needs to be flushed at least once a year. There are 2 valves to install in the hot and cold water lines. One valve each. These have ports and gates in them so it makes it easy to hook short washing machine typehoses to a flushing kit.The kit is a 5 gallon bucket that comes with a sump pump and hoses. One hose hooks to thecold water side of the hot water heater and to the exit port on the sump pump. The pump sucks cleaning agent and water out of the bucket and into the hot water heater. The cleaning fluid exits the HW heater into the exit hose and back into the bucket.I run it for an hour. The aforementioned hookups have house water shutoff gates that isolate the cleaning systemfrom the house system. Those gate hook to the house system had leaks in the connections untilI used the Monster caned plumbers past and the Monster tape on the threads.I wrap the threads with 3 wraps of tape each.Professional plumbers use both and I now see why.No more leaks. The cleaning valve system remains in place so it is important that they don't leak. The tankless system is now set for another year. Very easy to flush the system every year now.Turn the house valves off, hook up the hoses to the flushing kit pump and bucket. Turn off the house valves. Turn on the flushing system valves. pour in the flushing liquid and a gallon of water. Plug in the pump and go get a cup of tea. Wait and hour. Do the above in reverse and look like a hero.No leaks. No mess. I recommend Monster tape and sealer.

Worked really well for me!
Used this product to seal threads between pvc and brass fittings. It’s thick! This is not a glue.

Smooth texture.
I purchased this to replace a similar product by a different manufacture. The previous product was lumps and inconsistent. The Mill-Rose Monster was smooth and went onto threads perfectly.

Excellent stuff!!
Had a leak I could not stop no matter what I tried. Bought this and put the fitting in and left it set for a day and not even a weep. Definitely recommend.

Recommended by a Friend Who is a Plumber
I recently installed a new hot water heater (DIY). Initially, I had several screwed fittings that leaked water. The biggest problem was when I connected a CPVC (male or female) fitting with a metal (male or female) one. The threads didn't seem to be a perfect match. I used standard white Teflon tape on all of these. I decided to change these connections to metal on metal, which helped but did not completely cure the drips. A friend, who is a plumber, recommended I use Monster Teflon tape (it's thicker than average) with Monster plumber's sealant (shown here). Once I did, there were no more leaks. I wish I had known about this from the beginning. All is now well.
