What is the width of the frame at the back please (I need to use Command Strips to mount it)?

This is a Hampton A3 frame, in the video. The value of 30x42cm (11 3/4 by 16 1/2 inch) is the maximum size of the possible "inserted" item, photo, artwork or certificate from its back. At the back the thickness of the frame is about a half - just 1cm (1/2 of a inch). Where the thickness of the frame in the front is circa 2cm (3/4 of an inch) each side. Thus the max visible area from front is reduced to circa 28x40cm (11 by 15 3/4 of an inch). Hope that helps.

Does this have a hook on the back or wire please?

It has a hook. Although with other frames a bit larger I have fitted a wire.

Can this be hung on a tiled wall?

I would think so as long as you have the correct hanging fittings
