I love these as they are filling without having a ridiculous amount of sugar. 6g per bar I think? This box isn't better value than tesco though (£2.50 for a pack of 4 there) but I prefer buying a big box

Filling healthy snack, alternative to breakfast or lunch on the move.
These are really filling and have to say that on more than once I have eaten one on the go in place of breakfast and even, yes even lunch when time is short. Thank you for the great effort in producing these for someone that is not by choice wheat and gluten free
