This pump works great. Used to empty my hot tub. Emptied in 15 minutes. No noise. Had to pump upwards and did it no problems. Well worth the money

VonHaus is a brand I trust. This pump confirms that. It's sturdy, reliable and does the job. The lay-flat tubing needs a straight run avoiding kinks to allow the pump to operate fully. Would recommend as an inexpensive pump.

Wow! Im going to cut ti the chase. Im building a huge pond at the moment and am plagued by constant rain. Bought this product on my low budget and im more than pleased with it. The only downfall is that it doesn't drain all the way to the base or floor. It leaves about a standing inch or so, but i have a wet vac that sorts that out. The hose is usable and does what's needed.

Bought this to empty hot tub. Nice long white tubing for ease of emptying. Had to attach clip with screwdriver to hold tubing on. It's says to attach your own rope to it if you want, for lifting it in and out of water maybe?? It has a float which stops the pump once it touches the bottom. It still had water left but that was easy to tip out. Far easier than emptying it all by hand and quicker. Took about 35 mins to empty I was very impressed. The diagram makes it look like the tubing should go on further but it worked fine as it was. Water was coming out where I'd attached it but I mustn't have tightened it enough, but it was still quick and worked just fine. Worth the money as it did the job quickly. I've got the bahamas lazy hot tub.

I took delivery of this pump yesterday and it took me less than 10 minutes to assemble the house and pop it into my hot tub. All you need is a large flat headed screw driver for the jubilee clip. In 25 minutes my full size hot tub was drained (apart from about an inch of water on the bottom, which I scooped out with a plastic container). For the price, I can't praise this pump enough and wish I had bought it ages ago. Very easy to use Connect hose - submerge into water and switch on at the mains . Thank You
