I very rarely write product reviews. This brace is awesome. I do a lot of jiu jitsu and have a brace for just about everything now- ankles, knee, elbow, shoulder - over 10 years training. I need the extra support to help heal injuries. It usually takes me a few tries to get a brace I like. I got this one on the first try. Great price, fits comfortably and I can wear throughout the day and during training. Highly recommend.

The OSFM version of this belt (One-Size-Fits-Most) won't work if you're over about a 43" waist. That's too bad, because I've tried many different braces and this is by FAR the best designed and most comfortable of all of them. What makes the design so good is that this one is CONTOURED - larger in the back and smaller in the front, so you can actually BEND while wearing this unlike other braces.

Calling it "one size fits most" is not realistic. It is simply not large enough for the average "dad bod". The outer band can be stretched to maybe 38-40" end-to-end if you pull it REALLY taut and allow a couple inches for overlap. "Fifty inches" is a joke. I'm 34" at my waist and maybe 36" at my navel, and it's boa-constrictor tight on me. The main band fits well, but then what's the point of the outer band? The inner band is also too wide top-to-bottom, so the upper edge sits high and digs into my back, but that seems to be the case with most brands.

It's good quality, but if you are closer to 50", you will probably like you're being attacked by a boa constrictor. I bought this "one size fits most"...most, hmmm. Seriously, if you're over 45" around the waist, you probably don't want this unless you are dieting and heading the right direction weight-wise. That describes my situation. It's too tight for me at the moment, but will probably fit better if I lose another 10 pounds (still losing weight). To give you an idea, I'm currently 240 lbs and 47" around my abdomen. I hope that helps anyone who wonders if it's large enough.
