great game epic
I was really immpressed with this 360 version of GTA deep and easy to get sidetracked on different mission objectives.I love the phone and dating aspect, love the car driving very clean ride is smooth fast well done.Like the hand combat the shooting was awesome and the cops AI is the best of the franchise work of art. They swoop they are aggressive they shoot accurately like they should and act corrupt like they do in most big cities.Like the cab missions haven't even touched the other story's yet lol. Very impressed fun like the die hard franchise you get what you should and thensome big epic theater. It can stand alone if you have never played before give it a try you will have a blast and if you are a franchise player strap in and go!

Amazing.
I have played this game many times, and have not been bored yet. I think that, contrary to other's beliefs, the driving controls are not bad, they are REALISTIC. The guns are fun to use, and the story is AMAZING. You make lots of friends, and the way your decisions influence the story add a very nice sense of realism to the game. And to those saying that the main character is boring, or that it sucks you can't manage a gang or buy properties like in San Andreas, consider that the main character is an IMMIGRANT. This game has good replay value and is well worth the buy.

It's a fantastic purchase....if you don't already have the game
Let's face it, Grand Theft Auto IV has been on the market for almost 2 years now along with both of it's episodic content. Altogether you're getting about $60 worth of content for $30, but it's really a matter of "do you have it already?". What you get basically is a copy of Grand Theft Auto IV with everything on it that was on it before, nothing new to add. And a copy of Episodes of Liberty City which allows you to play Lost or Gay Tony without the original copy of the disc. If you haven't been able to check out Grand Theft Auto IV over the last several year (like me) then this is the overall best deal. For those of you unaware of GTAIV, pretty much what you're getting is a the most realistic game on the market from in-game television (which holds the amazing "Republican Space Rangers"), stand up acts from actual comedians, taking out a girl on a date, hanging out with friends, and the most active setting of Liberty City to date. Niko Belic is probably the most likable character since Travis Touchdown with his blunt sarcasm making every situation in that much more enjoyable. However there are still no checkpoints thus making some missions far more frustrating then required. The Lost and Damned show a much more "metal" and "biker" influenced view on Liberty City while improving the motorcycle physics in the game has the most confusing protagonist I've seen in a long while, and Gay Tony manages to make things a bit more over the top and ridiculous (more in the fashion of San Andreas) while living up to the standard that IV set for me (and keeping the improved mechanics of Lost) in addition both Lost and Gay Tony have a checkpoint feature though Gay Tony happens to make the best use of it.Overall if you haven't picked up GTAIV you have no more excuses this is easily the best deal available with both Lost and Damned, and The Balled of Gay Tony still available on the game marketplace for $20 each. You're pretty much getting 3 games for the price of 1.

Awesome Game and worth the price I paid for it.
This game is really awesome, it has the best graphics and I spend thousands of hours on this game. I bought this for my Xbox 360 in 2012 when I was in college. It was cheap at the time under 20 dollars brand new.

So much gameplay - so little time
YELLOW CAR!I love Niko, Tony and Johnny. This is such a steal when on sale. HIGHLY recommended at the right price. I bought it as a second version just to have!If you love GTA - you will love this even more.Lost and the Damned is the best DLC pack - tons to do, lots to explore. Gay Tony is short - too short in fact. I was extremely unhappy with a full price purchase online at the same price as Lost and the Damned.I'm better now with this pack!

It is just fun to play
The few extra dollars is a small price to pay for the "Episodes from Liberty City" expansion pack content. I have to agree with the people who cannot find a way to care about the main game's protagonist Nico Bellic though. Still it is a blast to do the missions and use Horizon to circumvent the lack of a invulnerability cheat (unlike in GTA San Andreas) in this game to: become a one man army against the LCPD, fly around the map with some RPG or handheld grenade assistance, and perform the insane stunts that can be seen on YouTube.Hopefully GTA V will generate more concern for the three protagonist through the game play unlike any of it's predecessors so that players become even more engrossed in their well being, rather than rag dolls in a meat grinder. This is one of the key elements that have been lacking for me in the past games, causing a complete disregard for the outcome of the character by the end of the game. Luckily I was able to get the Xbox 360 GTA V collector's edition pre-order for less than the special edition with the many gamestop gift cards I had been saving up and promo code to be able to test whether that change has been made.
