Easy to Install, Works Well
This soap dispenser was easy to install and came with a long enough hose to reach all the way to the front of the under-sink cabinet, where I put a bottle of dish detergent. It came with 2 different size stoppers for the bottle top, I unscrewed the top of the dish soap bottle and replaced it with the smaller stopper included, and pushed the hose down so it reached the bottom of the bottle. It pulls the soap all the way to the dispenser from the bottle, although because the soap is pretty thick, it took a LONG time for the soap to reach the dispenser, like having to pump the dispenser 500-600 times! 10 pumps of the dispenser moved the soap about 1/4 inch up the hose! Once it got to the top though, it works fine. When you push the dispenser down to dispense soap, it is kind of slow to come back up to the top, probably because the soap is so thick. Perhaps over time this will loosen up a bit. Overall though it works well and will be very easy to change the soap bottle when it runs empty, I put it at the very front of the cabinet. Good idea they had to make one of these with a long hose, that bottle should last a long time before needing to be changed! I am happy with my purchase. It seems sturdy and well made.

Nice looking pump that smoothly dispenses soap .25tsps at a time
We'll start with an unboxing. There is a QR code on the side that links to an installation video that may be useful. We have the tube with the check-valve, then a bag holding the stoppers for your soap bottle. Let's take a look at the actual pump. It's nice, it has some weight to it and the pump seems to work well. There is a lot of metal, the pump this is replacing was mostly plastic. So, we have some quality components here. There are two rubber washers so one is on each side of your sink when you install this. So, there shouldn't be much chance of leaks. I see all metal here, the pump inside is probably plastic. We have a card with installation instructions. Pretty straightforward. Let's go ahead and attach the line to the pump. The notched end goes into the soap and the flat end goes on the pump. This is being a little tricky. Maybe if I depress the pump, it'll be easier. Just wiggling it on, this is a little tricky but not too bad to complete. I was replacing an existing pump, so this was an easy installation for me. Compared to my old pump this one feels smoother when dispensing the soap. I measured the dispense rate and it is 0.25 teaspoons per pump. The only complaints I've had in my house is that the arm is a little too long and dips down too much. Not a problem for me, but may be for others. I'm rating this five out of five stars Pros - Feels 'smooth' press when dispensing soap - Lots of metal, minimal plastic - Quick installation Cons - Little too long and hangs a little too low - Attaching the soap line was a little tedious

Good quality but stuck after each pump
Good quality , and you can use the purchased liquid (soap or dish) bottle under the sink, it has a long nozzle, so do the required calculations before installing. but an issue, stuck after each pump and have to wait for few seconds before going for next pump, so if you need 2 or more pumps, need to be a patient guy! I have installed 2 of them, both have the same issue.

Decent quality, serves the purpose well enough.
Decent quality, serves the purpose well enough. Lightweight, but seems decent quality for the price. The shine has lasted more than a year so far. Dispenses soap well enough. Easy to use if affixed in a convenient location.

worked for 5 yrs but now it no longer pumps the soap
I purchased the gagal soap dispenser five years ago. I had been pleased with its performance until recently. It was great not having to refill the dispenser. But now it no longer pumps the soap. There is soap in the tube, but it doesn't reach the dispensing pump. My guess is that a seal is probably worn out and so there is insufficient vacuum created. I would like to purchase a seal if that really is the problem. I tried to contact the manufacturer (who asserted in the product description that they provide excellent customer service) but could not get in touch.

Super clean look, easy to install and WORKS!
Installed this mega faucet from SIGNATURE hardware it is absolutely awesome. I wanted to fill the hole to the right as the previous faucet needed this hole for a hand sprayer. Given the cost of the new faucet, I wanted something very high quality to match in look and finish. I ordered this and am 100% pleased. It goes really well with the faucet, its low slung design keeps the dishwashing liquid in the sink, and the tubed design into the large bottle of liquid dw soap is just brilliant. Those under the counter bottles need refilling weekly. Not this. It will last a year I reckon. So if the style ties in with your faucet, this is winner all the way!!!

Wow this is a great solution. Well made and easy to install. Earlier review that said to pull the spout out of the body to attach the tube is right - makes it very easy to install. Also, you need to make sure the check valve is pointing in the right direction - ie if you can blow through the tube then the end you are blowing through is the end that should go in the soap container. The two caps that came with the dispenser that you are supposed to use for the soap container didnt work for my jug of soap - one was too small and the other kept popping off - the easy solution was just to drill a hole through the cap of the soap jug. I will keep that cap for the next jug I buy.

Good so far. Used for a week or two now. No complaints. Nice that it has an extended hose for attaching to large soap bottles.

It doesn't come with its own bottle, but pumps from a store-bought bottle through a long line. The pump is strong and pumps without issues. Looks good and I love the functionality!

I'm in love with this little thing because unlike pumpers I've had in the past, it actually works. Two outstanding features make it worth more than it costs. First is the more than adequate length of the "spout" hovering over the sink. For the first time ever, dish detergent lands solidly in the middle of the sink, not in a piddly dribble down the sink wall. The second outstanding thing is the long clear plastic tube that allows you to draw detergent from the biggest bottle of detergent you can find (the bottle goes on the floor beneath your sink). You won't have to refill a tiny screw-in bottle under your counter any more. This one's a winner!
