Stainless steel body looks and feels substantial. I like sleek minimalist profile design. It compliments the faucet well.Operated perfectly, pumping just the right amount of soap. Note the instructions suggest pumping 30 to 40 times to initiate the soap flow, but if you use the entire length hose provided, it's likely you will need to double that.Tip: I used a bulk refill soap container that has a hole to pour the from...I just stuck the hose in that hole. Works great and I don't have to crawl under the sink next time I have to refill the soap!

Had the same but with the bottle attached, it was a pain to refill the bottle and lasted 5 years before leaking around the edges. Now using this new one that has a tube that goes into the original soap container from the store. Works and looks great. Note when installing it required shorting the tubes and siphoning the soap in the tube to get it to the spicket - that was a challenge, but once there was no air left in the tube it works well.

Was looking for something to match a golden colored faucet I purchased, and this fit the bill. Easy to install and refill. The plastic does get brittle with time. So be aware if you have to tighten it up after having it installed for a decent amount of time if may break.

Easy to install and use. Also looks nice and sleek. You can dispense a big squid or a small one. The dispenser this replaced would continue to trip if I only partially pushed down to dispense a small amount of dish soap. Definitely worth buying.

As a recent purchaser of the GAPPO Matte Black Kitchen Sink Soap Dispenser, I am deeply disappointed with the quality of this product. Upon receiving it, I immediately noticed a crack along the side, which was not only unsightly but also resulted in leakage issues.Firstly, the crack compromised the integrity of the dispenser, leading to constant leaking of soap or lotion. This not only created a mess around my kitchen sink but also wasted a considerable amount of product. Despite trying to tighten the pump, the leakage issue persisted, indicating a fundamental flaw in the design or manufacturing process.Moreover, the crack detracted from the overall aesthetics of the dispenser. Instead of the sleek, matte black finish promised by the product description, the presence of a visible crack made it look cheap and poorly constructed. It was frustrating to invest in a supposedly high-quality item only to receive something that appeared damaged straight out of the box.Additionally, attempting to contact customer service for a resolution proved to be a futile endeavor. The lack of response or assistance further exacerbated my dissatisfaction with GAPPO's product and service quality.In conclusion, the GAPPO Matte Black Kitchen Sink Soap Dispenser failed to meet even the most basic standards of functionality and aesthetics. The presence of a crack resulting in continuous leakage, coupled with the lack of effective customer support, renders this product highly unsatisfactory. I would strongly advise against purchasing this item, as it does not deliver on its promises and falls short of expectations.

This soap dispenser works well, and has a very smooth operation. Often, it takes two people to install a counter mounted soap dispenser- one person holding the pieces on top and another person working below. I was able to install it myself, changing the installation directions a bit: I connected the plastic hose (without the check valve) to the pump before installing it and I was able to screw the pump body to the black threaded rod, and then I was able to put it into the hole in the countertop, on top of the rubber washer. The next step was simply to work underneath and attach the nut to the threaded rod. And then the connection of the plastic tube to the check valve (paying attention to the direction of flow) and to the soap reservoir bottle was straightforward. This soap dispenser is slimmer and much better designed, and the tubes are more firmly attached than the one that I had bought on Amazon in 2019 ( which always leaked some soap and is no longer available).
