I have very sensitive and dry skin and I purchased this because I wanted a spa-like treatment without going to the spa and spending big bucks on facials. I started with Level 1 for my first at home exfoliating experience. The auto feature was helpful and straightforward in direction me to the next section of my face. Level 1 had minimal suction but enough to make a difference. It even sucked out some impurities I had been battling for over a month. The next morning, the area was completely smooth, clean and clear. Applying my moisturizer afterwards was a real treat as it glided on and sunk into my prepared pores. My skin feels amazing still a week later. I plan to use this tool weekly. Well worth the purchase. Highly recommended. If you’re looking for an at home spa-like facial pampering, this is the tool for you. Only positive results.

This is an awesome product! It's a great alternative to going to a spa every few weeks.I'm actually inclined to give it five stars, but I've only used it once.I had another branded at home micro-dermabrasion apparatus, and it was also great... Until it came to ordering replacement parts.I'll reserve final judgement for when replacing parts is required!

I'm new to home devices so after learning to use these I have loved having a spa at home. It's easy to use and gentle enough for my daughter. I am looking forward to seeing even greater results than I have already.

Still goes on but no suctionWas ok while it lasted but expected longer

I bought this product 3 months ago, and then it completely stopped working on me. It turns on, but no longer suctions. I was happy with the product beforehand, but just such a waste of money to buy this product for it to only last a couple months. I read other people's reviews on this same issue, but chose to go ahead and try this anyways. Definitely regret it!

I get facials on a monthly basis, and this tool is definitely what I needed for my weekly upkeep. I use it on the lowest setting-my aesthetician recommended I get one a long time ago and to use it lightly so that I don't get bruised or scratchy streaks. Better than any grainy scrub!
