Best Rubber and Vinyl Cleaner and Conditioner on the Market!
I detail several cars a year and have tried every product I could get my hands on for interior detailing. Meguiars M40 is by far the best product I've found for cleaning and protecting dashboards, hard plastics, rubber door seals and plastic interior panels. I also use it for some of the exterior black rubber trim and on my pickup Tonneau cover. In a pinch it even works on tires. What I like about it is it cleans and protects in one easy application and leaves a pleasant matte finish, much like when the car was new. The finish lasts a long time and protects from sun fade and UV degradation. I've heard that it works to remove wax haze from exterior trim but I haven't tried it for that yet. I don't care for glossy, shiny automotive interiors and much prefer a matte look. The product has a pleasant scent that doesn't linger for long. I usually apply it with a microfiber cloth. It just takes a simple spray and wipe and you're done. Make sure to not over spray on your glass or you'll have to clean off the haze. All in all a very good product that I keep in stock and recommend to my friends.

This stuff works great, restored my sun dried vinyl and rubber to like new. So easy to use, spray on-wipe off (Mr Miyagi would be proud)

Worked magic on my 1960's vinyl chairs...
These things were ROUGH. This stuff made them look new and it seems to have softened the vinyl.

Seems pretty good.
I bought a very cheap Tonneau cover for my truck a few years ago. I didn't expect it to last, so I haven't done much to maintain its appearance. I didn't do much to it other than hose it off occasionally when I washed the truck. It has never really been properly cleaned, and it spends its life outside being exposed to everything. It was starting to look pretty grungy, but it has held up a lot better than I expected it to. So I decided to try this stuff and see if it could be brought back to life. I was pleasantly surprised by the results.I like that it cleans and preserves in one step. Just spray a bit in the middle and then take a paper towel and work from there out to the edges so you don't have to worry about over-spray. Doing it that way makes it pretty easy to keep it just on the tonneau cover. The whole thing took maybe five minutes to do, and it got all the dirt off and left a very light, fairly low-gloss finish behind. It looks a LOT better than it did. The result looks normal, not that weird, overly shiny Armor-All look. We'll see how long it lasts exposed to the outside elements, but reapplying it is not hard to do.

Made a Caddy Shine!
I was a little hesitant to buy this product at first, because in the past I've used similar products on other vehicles only to have it wash off or leave oily drip marks down the side of my nicely waxed car after so much as morning dew or a light rain. After much research & review reading, I figured I'd give this product a shot.So after using Meguiar's M39 Vinyl Cleaner, I liberally applied this product on my vinyl roof. And I mean liberally applied. I slathered this stuff on a 10 year old full length Cadillac vinyl roof that never once had so much as a drip of sealer applied to it. After I was done, my car looked like it was right off the showroom floor! Now, I didn't wipe off any excess, just simply slathered & let dry. I also used this product on the rubber around the door windows & on all the plastic under the hood.A few days later & it rained for several days straight. I feared the worst, thinking that all that hard work applying this product more than likely washed down my driveway. Once the sun dried everything off though, I noticed the feared oil drip marks down the sides of my car. I was able to wash them off easily & it turns out that those marks only came from where I liberally sprayed the roof emblems to get inside the detail. No other drip marks were present & I only had to wipe off those areas a few more times.Three months later, several rain storms, several mornings of dew & few car washes & my car still looks amazing! It looks no different than the day I applied it. The shine is still present, the water still beads off, the color still looks deep & rich. The next test will be after the winter, when I'll post an update. So if you're concerned about whether or not to use this product, rest assured that it's a good buy!

Great for my floor mats
Meguiar's rubber conditioner has truly worked like magic on my sun-faded floor mats. My cleaning routine involves first rinsing the mats, followed by a spray of Dawn soap, another rinse, and then a gentle shake to rid them of excess water, all while leaving behind those shimmering water beads. The pièce de résistance is the application of Meguiar's rubber conditioner, which I let sit for a mere 5 minutes before gently wiping away the excess. The transformation is astonishing, as the mats are rejuvenated to their former glory, looking refreshed and vibrant. This product has become an integral part of my car care routine, proving that sometimes a little bit of Meguiar's magic can go a long way in preserving and revitalizing the appearance of automotive interiors. In the realm of car care products, this rubber conditioner is undoubtedly a star performer, and I couldn't be more pleased with its results.
