Good quality, but lack of glycyrrhizin information raises concerns
I ordered this powder with the intention of occasionally using it as a morning drink by mixing it with warm water. However, I later realized that the glycyrrhizin (the active compound in licorice) can have some side effects when consumed in large quantities. The packaging doesn’t provide clear information about the amount or percentage of glycyrrhizin in the powder, which made me a little concerned about its long-term use.To be on the safe side, I’ve decided to use it instead as a face and hair mask, and it works well for those purposes. The product itself seems to be of good quality, natural and organic. But I do think the brand should provide clearer information regarding glycyrrhizin content, especially since it can have significant health effects if taken in excess.
