I swear by this product, and I do not give my recommendations to supplements easily or often. Over the years I have tried a number of supplements to support my weight training/body building regimen. I have discarded most due to either safety concerns or lack of results. This one is a keeper. The taste is good, the cost was very good, and the product gives me the results I expect and want.

This product is okay in my opinion because it doesn't smell or tastes like a desert it also doesn't smell or tastes like s*** .As far as the product itself does, well it definitely works unless you decide to spend all your day on your ass, for the Carnitine to boost your system you must combine it with workout.

I have been purchasing MRM L-Carnitine for years. My most recent purchase of this product, delivered 12/2-17 is not of the same quality. Firstly, the packaging has been downgraded looking very Mickey Mouse and immediately I had a feeling of this product not being up to par and I was right! The formula now is watery and I not the same quality as before!! I would not purchase this product again and will seek another brand of LCarnitine. MRM made a big mistake. This used to be an excellent product.A disappointed customer!!

Energy from the burn!
Really worked for me. I usually teach a class early in the morning and grab a coffee. But with this, I had all the energy needed. I knew it was working to burn fat; that extra fat when you feel like you've reached your plateau. Love it!

Decent, but taste is strong and unpleasant.
This is a decent product that comes at a decent price. the taste however, is unpleasant. There is a strong aftertaste that leaves a very synthetic flavor in your mouth, as if you were chewing burnt plastic. You may require a "chaser" to drink this. Otherwise, its OK.
