The best Parmesan!
I have always purchased small wedges of parmesan cheese from grocery stores, and bought the jars of grated parm cheese.I didn't like the filler - cellulose, that is added to about every brand of grated parmesan cheese out there.Also these grated parms were too salty.Then researched the real deal: Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese from Italy.Compared cheeses and ratings on amazon, then decided to order this one.Cheese came very well insulated and wrapped.Couldn't wait to try it...cut off a little piece, and...WOW!!I thought I had been eating parmesan cheese before...however this was absolutely delicioso, and the best parmesan cheese I have ever eaten.Full rich flavor, not too salty, just right, nice texture, just wonderful.This will be my go to parmesan cheese from now on.Also, I am going to grate this cheese, instead of buying the "cellulose parm cheese."I cut the cheese into about 5 pieces, wrapped each piece in parchment paper, then into a vac seal plastic bag.One bag in the frig, and the other bags in the deep freeze.Love this parm!
