Potassium 99 Chloride, 99 mg Potassium Chloride Supplement, 100 Tablets

I have had some health issues including SLE(lupus). In my research for using nature to heal diseases, I discovered that potassium plays a vital role in our overall health. Potassium decreases the risk of stroke, lowers blood pressure, protects against loss of muscle mass, preserves bone mineral density, and reduces the formation of kidney stones. The primary functions of potassium in the body include regulating fluid balance and controlling the electrical activity of the heart and other muscles. It's vital for nerve health! The average adult should be consuming 4,700 milligrams (mg) of potassium a day. That's about 12 bananas a day and I know if your anything like me, I eat nowhere near the amount of potassium my body needs. I have tried many brands but this one seems to work the best and I've been feeling great! Fantastic product and it actually arrived on time! I also love the easy flip top cap. So nice for people with arthritis. A must have in your daily supplement regime!

I sweat profusely l. I deliver Amazon products 10 hours a day, 4 days a week. I drink 2 20 ounce bottles of Body Armour on top of five 20 ounce bottles of water. However, I would still cramp up. With one Potasium Chloride pill a day, no more cramping. Perfect supplement.

I did not realize why I was cramping so much until I bought these. Better than pickle juice.

Does what a supplement of this kind is supposed to do, not a whole lot I can say that makes this "superior" to other products of the same type. Which leaves pricing as my only metric for nit pick with the star rating. If it was the same price and part of Amazon Prime, I'd give it 5 stars, but while the shipping is fairly small, its still there.

These tablets helped keep me afloat when i had some hard times i went through with my potassium flushing out of my system and made me sick i had to go to the hospital. Being discharged the doctors recommended i try these to keep my potassium afloat and going until my body became more stable and was able to work on it's own. I did get better for about 15 years then , it started again. I had seizures and my body has been having issues again. So off i go again, to take more pills. All in all, i am grateful for these pills to take orally, and they do work.

Works great. Keeps my potassium where it needs to be.

It definitely helps with circulation and my ankles don't swell anymore since I started using this.

I don't see the purpose
