I really like this, I can't find a better toothpaste with sodium fluoride. I alternate it with Kingfisher Mint with fluoride (although this contains a different type of fluoride) as I feel that cleans a bit better, probably due to the lack of surfactants in this one. I stopped using fluoride as I read a lot of negative things about it, but I had bad sensitivity so I went back to using it and after a few weeks it improved greatly, so I would recommend either of the mentioned toothpastes if you have sensitive teeth. I used to use the Urtekram with the hydroxyapatite and no fluoride as I read about it being just as good, but it did not have the same effect on my teeth sensitivity.

The concentration of Fluoride in fluoridated toothpaste is much lower than the toxic levels to damage your liver, kidney, stomach, or brain. The ingredients include aloe vera, myrrh and magnolia bark extract that help protect your gums and provide additional care. I alternate this toothpaste with a flouride free one.
