The housing where the lid connects and seals to basket is weak and broke off while in use!! Poor quality plastic, worked good for 6 months quite and plenty of power after Refiguring out the complex wiring directions. $200. For 6 months use not good!!

This pump never worked. Had it professionally installed. Never worked. Had two different pool companies come out. Both said this pump was a piece of junk. We tried and tried to make it work. Called customer service was looped around and around, no one ever answered. Sent an email to xtremepower customer service. No one ever replied. Do not buy this. Save yourself time and money in services calls. Spend the money on a name brand with a good reputation and quality products. Will now have to spend hundreds in chemicals to treat the water bc we spent so much time messing with this defective pump.

This arrived this afternoon and my electrician installed it in a very short time. This is amazingly quiet and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this pool pump and motor assembly. Half the price of the local pool companies.

The fittings were junk both broke within a couple hours . But replaced and works good . Just don't use supplied fittings. But the unit better than hayward and pentair .

Installed by an electrician for 230volts from the box to the pump. Installed all new wiring and the pump at 230volts still doesn't reach above 8psi. Sadly it's not enough to run a 15,000 gallon pool and barely moves the water but does move it enough to keep mosquitos from laying eggs in it.

Did not have enough suction.

Works great.
