Our product is designed in the EU, Quality control in the USA, our factory is in China. Our parchment paper is made from high quality wood pulp and coated with lab-tested food-grade silicone. Will these hold up in the freezer?

I didn't try for freezer. There is freezer paper for this usage. Very good.

It depends on what you used it for originally. Yesterday I toasted coconut flakes for a recipe and was able to reuse it later for grilling my vegetables. However, because I tossed my vegetables with olive oil, I disposed of the parchment afterwards because of the oil and moisture from the veggies.
