Product returned on the same day as received. Very faulty. Remote doesn't work, nor does the cooling, or speed system. Rubbish!!!

I purchased the item at first is working. Then a matter of a month it’s not working anymore. I tried to plug in plug out anywhere in the house but seems doesn’t work at all. It’s quite expensive one and I thought I will get it the more expensive you’ve got the quality you get. But I was wrong. I tried to keep in touch the seller but I don’t have any reply. I’m waiting for a refund or a replacement.

Followed the very badly written instructions and found this product a complete waste of money. It gave out hot air so there is no doubt the heating element works but the cooler definitely didn’t. Not worth the money.

I bought the ietm in September 2019 and was dysfunctional by mid December 2019. It couldnt heat anymore

Unfortunately when this arrived the box was already opened and damaged. The actual air cooler looked lovely but the cord for the electric was covered in a plaster like substance, and the remote doesn't work.. I've emailed Amazon and they asked me to return it to them, the air cooler works ok ive triecit for a couple of mins, but not the remote, so I dont want to return it. I'm going to try it again tomorrow as I'm away at the moment and see.
