If you preserve food. You want this book.
Great book well written. Dr. Weaver is an excellent storyteller ( I have four of his books) and you can see it in the chapters in the book. I will definitely make some the recipes. I only wish there were more sweet and sour recipes and less hot and spicy. I’m not a hot and spicy guy. My palate isn’t a fan. But if you are a spice lover you will like this book. Add it to the library if you like to preserve food.
