This is a lovely product, sturdy, strong and stylish - good value in what you get for the price. Sadly, the string on the winding mechanism broke. It was a week out of warranty but Glamhaus immediately committed to send me a replacement. That’s great customer service.

I am very pleased with this parasol, very easy to assemble and looks great on my deck The khaki colour blends in nicely and offers good shade and protection from the sun I’m glad I bought a good heavy base as it is quite sturdy and looks like it could survive wind and showers as well … So I intend using it regularly for the rest of the Summer and into the Autumn You get what you pay for and this is good value.

I went for this because it had no tilt as before parasols sheared off at tilt point this looks sturdy for the money. Hopefully will last a good while

Only used this a couple of times, and then of course, the weather changed. However, it was pretty easy to assemble and soon had it up. It certainly seems well made and robust. The winding mechanism is good so hopefully will give me a good few seasons (unless the weather takes a turn for the worse, of course!).

From the picture this shade looked bright green but the actual colour is the normal darker-mid bottle green so great relief. This really does the job, sturdy with a hand crank that works perfectly. Overall, confidence is high that this will last. The tube width may not suit all tables but the trick is to have a good heavy base which circumvents any issues. Height and coverage area are generous and great value when at reduced price.

arrived in good time and easy to assemble. So far has worked well and with the aid of some weighted clips has survived strong winds when down. good value for the price.

This seems to be a reasonably good quality parasol with a wind-up handle - slightly awkward having to find the handle under the umbrella cover to get at it to wind it but it works well. Very easy to assemble and the cover (mine is cream) looks very nice though it will probably show every mark from the odd passing pigeon and you can't get it off to wash it. Good size and it looks very nice when up. When it is closed there is no tape or velcro to stop it from flapping about so I have tied some elastic string round mine. It is quite easy to disassemble - come in two pieces quite easily to put it away.

I'm glad I purchased this parasol, sturdy and easy to assemble....loved the cover that came with it, but unfortunately it has been misplaced, can I purchase the same cover in sand??
