This neon light did not work. Co could have exchanged for one that works
I liked the way this item was packed so carefully. We finally found a place to hang it so we just took it out of the box this weekend and plugged it in and IT DOES NOT WORK. I'm so disappointed! Is there anything that the seller can do for me. Can I exchange for a working neon?

When it works it’s awesome!
When I got this I was very excited. It is very nice looking and when on it really looks great. After a few months of having it, I have to continually flip the switch off and on and hope it turns on. There is something wrong with the switch or transformer. If it would work every time I flip the switch this would be a 5 star product.

Perfect size for what i needed .
This sign is so unique and cute! It is a really beautiful against my brick wall and it looks amazing in many different places in my home. I would recommend this to anyone interested in buying this neon sign or others from this seller. This is the second sign I have bought and they are both so cool and unique.

Bright, colorful
This looks exactly like the picture! The colors are bright and rich-looking. It came so well packed it took several minutes to remove the packing foam from every crevice. Great buy!

Super cute and bright and vibrant.
I love this lamp and what it does for a room!Would look great in a bedroom or living room, I have it above my fridge in the kitchen. One of those feel good fixtures.

Exceedingly bright and well made
Absolutely love it. Came a day late but still ordered on Saturday and received by Tuesday. Love the clear base that it's on. Looks really bright and nice.
