Love these things. Range is no more than a couple of blocks but they work great and transmissions are clear. Easy to use and install and they work great

I’m gonna start this off this review with saying if you enjoy keeping comms with your friends either on the range, or if you’re using this in a team situation, this is an extremely good addition to your headset. There is a PTT function as well as a passive open mic. It’s a relatively inexpensive add-on for your headset that’ll come extremely handy during loud situations. I was on the other side of a gun range about 500 feet and could still keep in contact with the other person on the other side. The appearance is extremely pleasing to the eyes as well, while maintaining an easy use interface. The passive headset mode quiets all the extremely loud noises that you would get from a gun range or whatever activity you’re doing. I never lost connection with this headset to another paired headset a single time. The attachment also fit snug to the headset and has not moved an inch, even though I’ve dropped it multiple times. This does a decent job of dampening all the surrounding noise while maintaining a good volume set for whoever you’re speaking to on the other side

These things are great! not like the walkie talkies of yesteryear! These things actually work. I have only tested them to a mile with clear line of sight. But they were impressive enough at that point to buy them for every headset i have. They are easy to install. The voices are clear and identifiable. the microphone is the only weak part. Keep them protected so that it doesn't break.

First off, great product! It transmits great and still stays compact with the actual headphones. They look very military like and fit perfectly. Very compatible. Only reason for 4 stars is the range could be better but it’s definitely meant for open areas and not rugged terrain.

I’ve purchased 5 of these. One of which came broken and I ended up returning. The others have worked great so far. These are a great budget option compared to my comtacs, especially when they go on sale. I was able to pick these up for just under $17 which is a great deal. They are great for the range or as a loaner unit. The audio is clear and I’ve had no issues with hearing others at distances up to 200m, although I believe the advertised range is much further. They are simple to use and have easy to navigate buttons for push to talk or voice activated mode. One thing to note is I haven’t had the chance to test them at an indoor range. The audio seems to cut out during gunfire, so I’d expect them to have a difficult time in louder environments. If you’re using opscore amp arms to mount this to a helmet, you may have difficulties. The thickness of the radio prevents the typical arms from mounting. You may have to go with the peltor style side mounts. The convenience justifies getting these in my opinion. Not having to lug around a radio, push to talk and down leads for more casual activities is huge. Paired with a razor headset on sale, you could get comms capable hearing protection for only $50 as opposed to $1k for peltors as long as you’re okay with basic frequencies and less customization.

I bought 2 of these to hook up to my Walker electronic hearing protection for me and my wife's headset as we often choose to have our own lanes to give each other more time to shoot without stepping on each other's time and sometimes we need to talk to each other, but can't hear due to all the shooting. The headset radio works great, allows me to choose a channel and a sub channel and even if I turn off the actual headset volume from filtering out sounds, these are still active and if she needs to speak to me, the sound comes through the headset without issue. It does not filter background noise like the actual electronic headset does, it acts just like a normal walkie talkie picking up all background noise, but easy 1 touch PTT function allows me to reach the button, speak quickly and she can hear me even when are a few lanes away from each other, making us not have to shout to each other or leaving our firearms unattended in the lane. If there's any issue and she needs my help, I can now talk her through it while remaining in my port. I think this is a great item and makes it easier than buying a radio, getting cables and having to worry about snagging them or getting them in the way while shooting. This simplifies our comms and even works great out in the woods for short ranges.

All the Walker products have been great. I was skeptical about quality, but Walker definitely delivered. It’s useful for taking my kid to the range and boating/UTV rides. Allows us to communicate clearly.

Great product. The range and clear sound was worth the price. While buy again.
