Noisy, but works well
I was looking for something that isn't noisy. However, looks like it's a common issue with mosy chimneys. For the price, this one is good. Looks elegant and does the job well. It comes with the ducting pipe in the box, has two separate covers for the ducting section, one wide and one slim (I'm referring to the vertical black section above the chimney which covers the ducting pipe). So it helps set up the chimney based on your requirements. At the 10-11k range, there are plenty of options out there. So do take a look before you choose this. I got it for 5991 during the sale, so it's definitely a good buy at this price.

After purchasing chimney for 10,000 I've spent around 3000/- in maintenance in first 2 years.
Poor quality Baffle Filters, very difficult to remove & put back. Air throw is not powerful. Technician visitation charges of 470/- even if it's within warranty. Rs 700/- to fix Baffle filter lock even within warranty. Rs 550/- for capacitor change even within warranty.

Terrible quality and after sales service
Chimney stopped working 1 year of purchase. After sales guy came and charging high for change of motor , again it has stopped working just a week of repair. We still do not know which part was changed or not Chasing their support team for checking and no proper response Do not buy this chimney ever as they do not have any proper service system Highly recommend NOT TO BUY this product
