Q: Is this cream good for both body and face. I’m trying to get light

It will help lighten dark spots on your face and body. If you are trying to lighten the color of your skin I don't know if it can do that.

Q: When can I wash it off? Is there an amount of time I leave it on for?

Here's how I use it on the dark spots on my face. I also always use a Q-tip to scoop the cream to prevent germs from entering the jar. I dab a small amount to those dark spots I want lightened for a few seconds until absorbed once in the morning (I leave on all day as it's not greasy) and wash my face at bedtime and dab some more on my spots and go to sleep...in the morning I was my face and dab more. I have been doing this for 3 weeks now and I am seeing those dark spots fading. You can also just do this at night before bed...might take longer for spots to fade though... Hope this helps.

Q: Can this fade cream be used to successfully fade under eye dark circles?

You can try gently on your cheeks and above. We are in the process of launching an eye cream and dark spot corrector for this as well so please check again in six months as well.

Q: Why does it’s feel soo dry on skin when used

Hello there, perhaps you need even more strong cream so feel free to use active bamboo along with your preferred choice of moisturizer. When going out use the Sunscreen along with active bamboo cream and your moisturizer. Thanks.
