Jumping Jacks Cheerleader III Saddle Shoe

I had read the reviews, So I bought half a size larger & bought the wide even though my foot is just medium, my foot is not wide nor narrow. I wear a 9 medium US size, So I bought a 9 1/2 wide, and they are perfect.I love these shoes, they are VERY well made. I wore saddle shoes as a toddler, a child, a teenager & as a cheerleader in the late 70's.So, am very happy with these shoes. I feel like once broke in, the leather will mold to your foot. I am going to buy another pair next weekso I have a back up. Also love that they come with black & white laces'. Great Product! Very Happy!

Excellent pair of saddle shoes! Good looking, well made, nicely cushioned and perfect for everyday wear. I dress 40s/50s style daily and these are great for completing most of my casual outfits. I've been wearing them daily for everyday errands, shopping, working,walking the dog and I find them super comfortable. The uppers and tongue are well padded as well as the insole. There is no arch support tho. The soles are a bit stiff at first so you feel very flat footed but they soften up after about 3 wearings. I got an 8 W and find them a little narrow at the end of the toe box. I have a wide left foot...lol...and a bunion but only on the left foot....so the left foot is the one that feels a little snug. My right foot is average so the wide fits fine in the toe but is a little too wide near the heel....so it slips at my heel but not in a painful way. It just eats my right sock sometimes. Nom...Nom...Nom...But overall I would consider these a great fit for my weirdo feet and I plan on getting the navy version soon as well.

I have a pair of these shoes that I bought a few years ago in black-and-white and am very fond of them. Thought I'd give the navy and white a shot also. The color on this is fine. Unfortunately, the shoe has changed since I purchased my others. Jumping Jacks added a whole bunch of weird, little kid padding around the shoe opening for your the sides of your feet. The sole is much firmer than my older purchase. I contacted Jumping Jacks to see if they were going to be making it in a narrow again, they said they were discontinuing the shoe. Now I understand why. Returned

I'm a sucker for saddle shoes, and not just because the style flatters long, skinny feet like mine. I've always loved them, and I think I always will. And this seems to be a pair that I'll hang on to for a long, long time to come. I expected to wear these with my orthotics, as the narrowest width is a AA, but, since I wear them with socks anyway, I can lace them enough to snug up to my AAAA feet. Even better, they are extremely well cushioned (skinny feet don't have much padding, and callouses are all that mine have). The collar is thickly padded, too, which further helps keep my heels in place. The shoes seem to be very well made, including stitched rather than glued soles. If necessary, I'll be able to have them resoled, although I doubt if the shoe repair shop would be able to equal the comfort of this thickly cushioned sole. All in all, these are more comfortable than the athletic shoes my foot doctor recommended for daily wear, and fun to boot.

I am glade I read reviews.these are the best possible choice!full leather uppers,well made,great price,fast shipping,very comfortable shoes,perfect design,have been wearing for hours,with support pantyhose and buster brown ankle socks over pantyhose,while doing housework.these may be the most comfortable footwear I own. I think they would be great every day footwear,dancing ,cheerleading.etc! they will go great with my school girl oufit and my poddle skirt outfit! I recommend, remove laces and spray,with a couple coats of a good quality silicone,before wearing,HAPPY!

A shoe that fits, is sturdy & is totally comfortable. I have a short foot, so I could have gotten a 5 1/2W. I wore these as a child. I didn't remember how comfortable they were, but I wanted to give these shoes a shot. I have so much trouble finding footwear for my short, fat, wide little feet! They have a very solid sole & soft interior padding. I don't need any kind of extra insole. No 'break' in needed. I can wear these shoes all day long with absolutely no pinching or pain or aching anywhere in my feet, legs or back! I wear a regular bobby-sock with them. If I were to buy another pair, it would be from another company, as Jumping Jacks Saddle Shoe doesn't have a 'rounded toe' shoe. I recommend this shoe to anyone who needs to feel sturdy & steady on their feet. People who like to keep their shoes on all day long. :) True sizing. I will only buy shoes on Amazon from now on.

I ordered these before, unfortunately I goofed - I ordered a size 7 N in stead of 7 M. They were a little snug so I sent them back. This vendor quickly credited my account and didn't charge me return shipping. So impressed with the customer service and the quality of the product - I kept watching to see if a 7 M would come in stock - sure enough it did.Very pleased with this shoe - very comfortable, leather upper and leather lined shoe, nicely padded collar that cradles your ankle and padded insole to cushion your walk, plus they give you an extra set of shoe laces. I am so very pleased with the quality of these shoes. They remind me alot of the Jumping Jacks that I had as a child - I don't know if they were as cushiony as these are.UPDATE: I faithfully watched this website and ordered not 1 pair but the 2 pairs - one black and white and one navy and white.The white/navy saddle shoes come with a navy blue lace as well as a white lace. They are identical to the white and black saddle shoes that come with 2 pairs of white laces. These are very comfie shoes. So very happy that I was able to get my 7 M size - very true to size.Wish they would have more colors - like suede/tan and dark chocolate brown or some other fun colors.From my past experience of having to return my first pair that I goofed on the sizing - the vendor and Amazon are a pleasure to do business with..
