I’m 5’11” and 200, and the XL is perfect, should be fine for you

Large. I am 5’7 around 170 lbs, Large is perfect

Q: What is the material?

I would think mostly spandex , the are very silky not like those scratchy tights. But the are extremely durable. The wash well also. Best tights I ever bought and I wear them all the time !

Q: Does it roll down while walking very much?

It doesn't roll down at all. My only gripe with these is that the seam down the front is quite lumpy, so I can't wear them with anything that is too clingy around my stomach.
