The price was wonderful, the delivery went exactly as planned (a competitor wouldn't even deliver theirs), and I was able to complete the installation in a few days, and cook a sheet of chocolate chip cookies. It fit exactly in my existing hole, needing just a couple wood shims to center it in the hole.I will say the "new" microwave works by means of a different protocol from my old (and broken) one. For example the old one required two button pushes: power-level, and 3, to get 30% power and that could be adjusted at any time while cooking. The new power-level button only works before hitting start, and it counts down by 10% -- 100, 90, 80, 70, 60, 50, 40, 30%, thus requiring many more buttons pushes to get the same 30% (defrost) power level. And that cannot be done in the middle of cooking, without completely starting over.

I was able to order and receive this Frigidaire microwave/convection oven combo in less than a 3 week timeline. All similar appliances which would fit my unique brick wall space were to be backordered for 5+ months using Lowe's. I am very happy with this appliance.

Bought this to replace a 27 year old wall oven/microwave unit. The old microwave hasn’t worked in years. Wife is very happy with the new unit which makes me happy. 😁
