This cover is for a 23" recliner. My chair is a 21" across the mid back, a small recliner. Fit like a glove, stays in place as you can see in picture. Has straps in back and on footrest. Grippy material on underside makes it stay in place, no sliding! Waterproof, really works. The velvet one is prettier, but material too hot makes me sweat. Company is excellent to work with. Two years later and I LOVE this cover! It has held up very well. No obvious signs of wear. I adjust I once in the morning and it's fine. The "protective" covering doesn't last though. But still I would get it again. No rip in seams. Backing that keeps it in place is still great. Color and stitching has held up. It is stiff at first, but softens over time. I have sofa and chair covers. Love them.

The color is vibrant and it fits the chair perfectly. Material is higher quality than a previous version of this cover and the addition of the strap to hold the cover on the upper & lower sections is what makes this exceptionally functional for protection. Washes well on gentle and would recommend dry on low heat to keep the backing protected. Good value for the price and intended use to protect the chair after it was claimed by our Labrador pup at 8 weeks. (OK, so we might have rocked her in this chair as a puppy...LOL! And now it is "her" chair.)

Update -- Bought three a month ago and launder them weekly (machine wash/dry delicate). They shrunk and KEEP shrinking? Also the straps have fallen off both. CREAM: Photos were taken right after putting the cover on for the first time. I ordered the smaller size but Amazon might've sent the large instead? This would better fit one of the puffy, wide-armed recliners. It's especially noticeable on the side flaps; the pockets are almost at floor level and the chair controls are completely covered. [Note: I added the little cast iron bird weights in the second photo (from Amazon) to help keep the back flap from sliding up until I shorten the rear straps.] PROS: Good value. Fabric, construction, overall quality and appearance exceeded my expectations. Very soft and comfortable straight out of the package. Easy to put on the recliner. The rubberized backing and wide covered-elastic straps work very well to keep the cover in place. The straps to the back are adjustable. This is a 100% improvement over the PetAmi and gogobunny blankets I've been using to protect the chair from minor spills and urine leaks. CONS: I have to have this altered by a seamstress. I wish this was sold in cheerier colors -- a soft aqua, coral, and/or spring green. I'll try dying this one. BOTTOM LINE: This is the best recliner cover I've tried. I'll buy two more since they have to be changed frequently. (I have to launder them at home, as the assisted living destroys the moisture barrier with harsh detergent and super hot wash/dry). GREEN: Okay, the smaller size fits snugly but the arm flaps are still a problem. Mom absolutely loves these recliner covers! I like how well they stay in place and how easy they are to change out.

This recliner cover was necessary to protect the lounger for a patient that suffers from incontinence and it does the job. I do have two covers (one is a backup) and both of effective. Thanks to the straps on each side, the cover does not slip off. The fabric itself is soft and washes well - no pilling or loose strands and is a good thickness for protection and warmth during cooler months. Nice look. Easy to install. Good buy. Please add more colors to the current list offered.

Constantly having to straighten out. The back part constantly falls down even with the strap. Hold up well to machine washing.

This mat is good quality. Can easily be trimmed to fit with a pair of scissors. Very durable . I would recommend this product.

Fits like a charm and the color looks exactly like the picture. Just what I was looking for.

This waterproof recliner cover is thick and fits my recliner well. Elastic bands and silicon texture on the back help it stay in place (very important). It was simple to put on and hasn't needed much adjustment. The fabric is soft, but because this cover is waterproof, it doesn't "breathe." I got very sweaty where my body was in contact with the cover. I need my new recliner protected from my cats, though, so despite the very uncomfortable sweating, I've left it on & covered it with a 100% cotton quilt, which seems to be just enough to keep me from overheating. So far I haven't really spilled anything on itn but I'm certain it'll protect my recliner. The side pockets of the cover are very handy, but small. Can easily hold remote controllers, pocketbooks, pen bag, small notebook and the like. Overall, I'd say the quality is good, as everything was sewn evenly and decent value for the money. I love the dark teal color.
