Pompeian Robust Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 32 Fl Oz - First Cold Pressed Olive Oil for Cooking - Full-Bodied Taste for Dressings and Marinades

I have been using Pompeian USDA Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a few years now, never had any problems with it. It is great for cooking anything, including frying meats and veggies. No strong unwanted flavors, no excesive smoke when frying either. It is recommended to use the "Smooth" type for frying, but I never had any issues frying with the regular version. Recently, as a healthier option, I switched to Organic for just a few dollars more which is not that much more expensive. A great price for a NON-seed oil, Organic, Smooth, Extra Virgin and First Cold Pressed. The "Smooth" one is in particular recommended for frying. For the average folks, interested in a healthier cooking oil, at a great price, THIS is the best oil as quality and price. If you are lucky you can find this oil in the stores at a much higher price. I know there are those that are looking for a single source, such as the oil coming from one single country and manufacturer, sold in glass bottles, but this oil is the most affordable you can get with these characteristics mentioned above. I'm guessing that when the oil is being transported from the manufacturers to the depot facilities, from one country to another, or to another continent,, they are not stored in glass constrainers :) So, all in all I am very pleased with this Pompeian USDA Organic Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil and I fully recommend it.

Been using this olive oil for cooking and some salads and it’s been really good so far. The flavor is smooth and not too strong or bitter, which I like since it works for a lot of different uses without overpowering the food. It pours nicely and feels like good quality, and knowing it’s organic is a nice plus. Works well for sautéing, drizzling, and even light dressings. Overall feels like a solid everyday olive oil and good value for what you get.

The flavour is "robust" but not over-whelming. Tastes fresh. Price is comparatively better than the "top shelf" brand available at my local market, considering quality, flavour and quantity. From frying to using as a simple dressing, it's the "must have" in the pantry.

I love the fact that Amazon now has the ability to go food shopping for you. Their workers are really good at picking out the best products instead of just grabbing anything. So far, I’m loving it and for 14 bucks especially that I’m on the South Shore of Long Island and the store is located on in North Shore. It’s definitely worth the 14 bucks because it would cost me more in time and gas for me to go myself I recommend this product that I bought, and I also recommend their food shopping in general thank you!

Lovely taste, fresh smooth. Cooks on high heat beautifully. Food tastes delicious. Not a fan of plastic bottles. Only thing I’d change.

Excellent product and value. As a purist, MOST people that buy organic, would also want a glass bottle. The plastic bottle is the only downside to me.
