The seat that came with my Hurley Carve E-Bike is just too uncomfortable for my middle-aged bottom, so after researching this item came highly reviewed by others. After receiving it & first noticed the big size cushion, it seemed that it should be much more comfortable than the previous seat which it is.Comfort is paramount for long bike rides, so the importance of a good bike seat begins to show when you end up with pain in your backbone area after a good day of cycling. A quality seat can make your commuting and touring so much comfortable. The dual-density gel padding inside the Cloud 9 Suspension Cruiser seat is one of the best seats for your cruiser or hybrid type bikes & in my case an E-Bike.Installing it was easy on my bike, the wide seat is perfect for me to enjoy long periods of cycling or running errands around town. The coil spring suspension absorbs the shocks with greater efficiency which is a good since the buke does not have any other way to absorb the bumps. I no longer must compromise comfort for taking a ride out for a spin on the occasional dirt roads. Its steel rails and metal suspension absorb vibrations and small bumps from your commute. Lastly, the excellent cutout provides good relief to your sit backside & inner thighs. It also leaves room for airflow to keep the contact area cool.Just a fantastic seat that is a great solution & this one in particular is worth every penny.

I got to say I have been on a Quest to find the most comfortable seat for long distance rides and I believe this is the one.I have a collection of seats now on my quest and it’s been a difficult one trying to find the most comfortable seat for me.I have 3 E-bikes and I love doing long distance rides. Well just yesterday I did an 82 mile ride on my Wired E-bike and this seat was the one I used. It was the most comfortable seat and perfect on this ride. Until now I have been having a hard time with saddle soreness and aching back and legs but now that problem has went away with this seat. I recommend this seat to anyone that wants to have a comfortable and fun ride no matter if it’s long distance or a short trek to the store. I ordered another one for my other bike as well. Great seat, good feel for me. Other seats that I have tried have hurt my tailbone on long rides.I put the seat on my Lectric XP3 yesterday. I road up and down the street to check fit. Nice.Today not so good. I went on a 20 mile ride on the local bike patch. First 2 to 3 miles it rode great. Then I started hearing a metal on metal rubbing sound when I hit bumps. I got off and looked, bounced it up and down. The bolts that are in the center of the springs were rubbing thread on the spring. The nuts that were supposed to be on the bottom of bolts were missing. They were there when I started the ride. So, I lost my nuts.Fortunately I have a variety of nuts and bolts. I put on the right size locking nut and now back to normal.Quality control is important. Check your nuts when you receive your seat. :)

I am ordering another one for my family member. No more painful crotch feeling when riding for hours! Best seat ! I tried allllll the cloud9 brands and this is the one!

Replaced seat on bike with this one.Much more comfortable for bike ride

I'm a 250# guy. This seat is the most confortiable one I've ever had. I've had a lot of problems finding one that didn't bother my prostrate. This has the cut out for the prostrate and a lots padding for the rear end. I like that there is a lot of adjustment on the nose so it can be lowered enough for a confortiable prostrate. Take your time making adjustments. You will beable to find the right adjustments. It took me 4 times to get it. It's a large seat that works well for this bis old man.

I bought this seat to replace the standard-issue seat/hard brick that came with my LeMond Revmaster Spinning bike. This is definitely an improvement over that, being that it is as wide as a chair and more cushioned than the "brick seat". However, my boyfriend and I still find it hard to sit on this seat for more than 30 minutes at a time--he even more so because of his "equipment". It's not as painful as the former seat, but still painful after a week and a half's use. I can't imagine riding on this seat over terrain (ouch!).I will also add that the seat is HUGE. Way to big for me and I am not skinny (I'm about 155 lbs, 5'3"). The seat gets in the way when you stand on the bike to peddle uphill. The bottom of the seat that attached to the bike or stationary bike is also twice as high (thick)as the former seat, so I have to adjust the seat as low as it will go to actually be able to ride the bike. If your bike just barely fits your size requirements (in other words, if your seat is already on the lowest setting or within 2 inches of it), then this seat may actually make it ill-fitting or impossible for you to ride due to how thick it is, as well as the suspension part of the underside adding as much as 4 inches over the one I used to have. If I had been 5'2" (just 1 inch shorter), I wouldn't be able to use my bike with this seat.It's just ok. We wanted a wide seat and picked this one, but I wish I had opted for a softer one instead. We are now looking to return it. If not possible to return, then we will buy a wide enough seat cover to try and soften this one more so that we can tolerate it for daily use. I would warn that some of the other reviewers may be using their bikes infrequently or rarely, such as for pleasure rides, so for a serious daily user I would recommend to look elsewhere.

This is great for my old seat. My old one had my bum plum beat. I know some think this is a cheat, but what I say is it can't be beat!

Along with my Suntor suspension bike post, this seat has made a significant difference in my rides. No more jarring bumps and potholes, especially when riding in the city.

Using on an electric bike so I dont care so much about the weight. This seat is really comfortable. Mounting rails about 2mm wider than my old seat but it can be squeezed in with some vice grips.

Was advised to use this seat by a friend of mine who imported it all the way from US! Very useful product for all cyclists esp for people like us with a broader frame as the normal seats make it uncomfortable to ride! But this makes it all change and voila you start enjoying your rides more with the comfortable seat!Very genuine seller ! Only you have to be patient as it takes some time for the product to reach all the way from US

braucht zwei Wochen für die Lieferung aus USA, dann ist der Sattel gefühlt genauso schwer wie das MTB selbst. Und dann ist die Sitzfläche so riesig, dass man zwangsweise beim Treten nach vorne rutscht, und irgendwie dann nur auf dem kleinen schmalen Stück vom Sattel sitzt. Die Verarbeitung ist mäßig und die zwei Sattelstege sind nicht maßhaltig so dass der Sattel auf normalen Sattelstützen fast nicht montierbar ist. (mit Gewalt gehts irgendwie)Also da hat man bei einem billigen Gelsattel von Fischer ein wesentlich besseres Sitzgefühl. ... Sattel geht zurück!

I purchased this product as a gift for a heavier set person. Since I installed it on her bicycle, she starting cycling all over town and is getting about, betting more exercise and and most importantly enjoying life more. The seat is very sturdy and very comfortable. I recommend it for anyone.
