I need instructions on how to use internally for the skin.

I am not a medical professional so my answer is based only on my personal experience. I put the power in a very small capsule and swallow it. I easily looked 15 years younger. Taking this internally reduces wrinkles better than any peel or topical application. I have been taking this for more than a year.

Is there a smell of any kind to the powder or to the finished serum?

There is no smell at all. I little goes a long way and I would recommend making very small batches as it will go bad and mold after about 2 weeks.
