easy to set up, although the instructions were a bit confusing. There are plenty of tutorials on youtube on how to put the crossbow together. after some practice with sighting in the scope, (and getting some better bolts than what came with it) this crossbow is quite accurate at around 75 yards, but i have not tried to test the accuracy beyond that range. The crossbow has good power as well and I had to upgrade to a proper archery target because my standard hay bales that i use for archery would not stop the bolts. the scope seems to have drained the button cell battery while turned off and left sitting for an extended period, but I didn't use the light anyway. The scope is fully usable even without the battery. This is a great item for someone just getting into crossbow archery without breaking the bank on one of the much higher end crossbows.

The media could not be loaded. This is an excellent crossbow. It’s not too expensive either. It beats the hell out of those ones on eBay that are 1/3 the price because it is sturdy and more like a rifle than a gun. It’s easy to use and easy to assemble. Not only that but the seller is easy to work with. He helped me with a minor issue I was having and sent me some dampeners for my troubles. Five stars from me… you have to put the safety on to cock it back. Otherwise it won’t lock the string in. It’s a lil tough to pull the string into locking position but that just means that the pounds of force per square inch are much more significant… and they have upgraded models from there original so if the one you get isn’t exactly the same it’s ok… it just means it’s a better version… enjoy it. It is high quality for lower price than the big boys…

This is my first crossbow, after 40 years of bow hunting with a compound bow it has become tuff to draw (between old age and shoulder injuries ) so in order to continue to deer hunt I purchased this crossbow. It is the next best thing to a gun ! Shoots so much faster than a typical bow it’s not funny , I have been using PSE bows since the 80s and was really familiar with the company and there reputation for quality and it shows in this crossbow! This thing is built solid . I would highly recommend it for the price, only thing it’s louder than I expected so hope the deer don’t jump the string noise

Best budget crossbow.

This is my first crossbow, so I was looking for a compete package. This was it!Like many reviews mention, the assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired. Luckily, the seller has a youtube video that explains everything in detail. I could have done it without the video, but it sure helped.Pros: Complete package. Accurate. Decent scope.Cons: Buttstock is not adjustable.Tips: Tighten all of the screws on the bow before shooting. I locktited the screws that hold the trigger assembly as they had come loose after a dozen or so shots leaving me wondering why accuracy went to crap.One thing that I couldn't find before purchasing was the weight of the bolts that come in the package - 274 grains per my powder scale. Field points are 100 grains (374 grains total shooting weight) . I was unable to find similar or extra bolts so I purchased some carbon express pile drivers and didn't used the provided bolts after the first day.I coupled the pile drivers with a 100 grain NAP Spitfire broadhead and could not be more pleased. The only drawback with the heavier bolt is that the 10 yard declinations on the scope now reflect approximately 5 yards each. And I'm sure I've given up a few fps. Either way, accurate and deadly out to 40 yards (the farthest I've shot. Maybe more? )Would purchase again.

Mine showed up opened with paint chipped. The assembly screws were scattered in the box and the bolts(arrows) were missing. The scope box was open with the scope rolling around in the package. It looks like someone assembled it, shot it and then returned it without some of the parts.

This crossbow was shipped from Simmons Sporting Goods. It arrived as advertised and was easily put together. The scope will need to be dialed in and the red and green illumination is a plus. It’s fast, accurate and a good solid crossbow. I would recommend it and I would repurchase if the time arises.

This is my first crossbow so I don't really have a gauge for how good it's supposed to be. But I'm very impressed so far. Easy to assemble and load. Shoots straight after an hour of sighting it in from 10-40 yards. Bolts it comes with are iffy probably get new ones before you actually hunt but they work great for target practice. Definitely worth the price and I plan on taking down some deer here soon 🔥
